中医肿瘤互联网医疗的可行性探讨

【摘要】：随着经济的发展和生活质量的提高,恶性肿瘤的发病率呈上升趋势,诱发因素也越来越多,肿瘤患者低龄化也日益明显。肿瘤的诊治方法虽有很多,但目前仍以手术、放化疗为主,而中医药防治恶性肿瘤近年来才开始崭露头角。中医药治疗不仅可以减轻手术、放化疗的毒副作用,还可以预防肿瘤发生、改善罹患者的症状及提高生存质量。癌症是一种慢性病,它的发生是一个多因素、复杂渐进的过程,可以经历十几年甚至几十年。因此在这一个漫长的过程中,我们应该如何做到早预防、早诊断、早治疗或者改善罹患者症状、延长其生命?如何有效的对肿瘤患者进行院后随访及康复指导?如何让偏远地区的肿瘤病人也能得到更好的医疗服务呢?如何寻找一个好的途径打破传统中医肿瘤防治的难题?互联网医疗的出现则为此提供了一个新的探索方向。众所周知,随着互联网的蓬勃发展,互联网医疗应运而生,国务院提出"互联网+"更促进了其进一步的发展。互联网医疗在一定程度上解决了患者"看病难"、"排队难"等问题,打破了时间、地点、区域的限制,促进医患自由沟通和相互了解,缓解了医患关系,完善了医疗服务环节,优化了医疗资源配置,提升了医疗效率。从互联网医疗的形成到现在爆发式发展,国内外各行各业对互联网医疗的现状、优劣势、特点及运营模式等方面进行了具有一定深度的探索,使互联网医疗的进一步发展有了较好的理论基础。互联网医疗领域细分化是发展的必然趋势,而根据中医肿瘤所特有优势和对互联网医疗发展的需求,这两者的结合也是必然的。而目前中医肿瘤互联网医疗处于萌芽状态,那该如何形成并发展中医肿瘤互联网医疗?因此,本文主要内容包括以下四个方面:1、通过文献研究了解中医肿瘤及互联网医疗的特点、现状、优劣势等,进一步探究两者内在联系、切入点及影响因素,为中医肿瘤防治与互联网医疗结合提供理论依据。2、通过个案分析,剖析不同类型的具有代表性互联网医疗的模式、特点和优劣势,理论联系实际,对互联网医疗的合理性、规范化及模式进行深入挖掘,为中医肿瘤互联网医疗的模式提供实际参考。3、通过问卷调查方式,对不同人群进行调研,从不同角度了解互联网医疗、中医肿瘤防治知识以及对中医肿瘤互联网医疗的需求,为中医肿瘤互联网医疗的可行性提供实际依据。4、在理论基础与实际数据的结合下,探索中医肿瘤互联网医疗的模式,为中医肿瘤诊治、防癌健康教育开辟新途径,也为中医肿瘤的现代化发展创造一个新局面。通过文献分析可知互联网医疗前进的步伐已无法阻挡,在互联网的发展下、大数据时代的环境下及国家政策的推动下,互联网医疗持续发展并走向成熟是必然的过程。互联网医疗尤其适合慢性病健康管理、疾病预防等方面,而恰好恶性肿瘤便是一种慢性病。中医药对恶性肿瘤的治疗更是具有长期性、高频次、多方向、可预防等特点,这些特点是符合互联网医疗的发展特点的,这也就是中医肿瘤进入互联网医疗的切入点。互联网医疗的发展趋势为中医肿瘤互联网医疗形成提供了契机;同时,国家政策是中医肿瘤互联网医疗的后盾。结合个案分析可知现互联网医疗的发展模式各不相同,但现今没有一个完善的互联网医疗模式。如若依葫芦画瓢,中医肿瘤互联网医疗是难以有好的发展前景的,这就需要我们去芜存菁,找出适合现代中医肿瘤在互联网医疗平台的发展模式。根据问卷调查结果可知59.4%的受访人群是认为中医肿瘤互联网医疗是可行的,35.0%的受访人群则抱着不确定的态度,对于这部分人群则需要着重关注,进行引导,让不确定变成可行,仅有5.6%的人群认为是不可行的。同时,通过对被访者的分析发现,被访者对中医肿瘤互联网医疗的可行性的认可度是与其对互联网医疗的了解程度和中医肿瘤防治知识的了解程度呈正相关的。因此,加大广大群众对互联网医疗和中医肿瘤防治知识的了解,更能促进中医肿瘤互联网医疗形成。因此,中医肿瘤互联网医疗应该是以互联网医疗为载体,融合传统中医肿瘤理论和实践,对肿瘤患者进行中医健康教育,在线中医咨询,中医医疗信息查询、中医康复治疗、远程中医会诊治疗等全方位的服务。中医肿瘤互联网医疗的形成是一重大挑战,如果成功则能把中医肿瘤的治疗理念提升到一个新高度,亦能使中医肿瘤互联网医疗成为互联网医疗领域细分化的发展模板,成为行业"领头羊"。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the improvement of the quality of life, the incidence of malignant tumor is on the rise, the inducing factors are more and more, and the age of the cancer patients is becoming more and more obvious. Although there are many methods of diagnosis and treatment of tumor, there are still surgery and radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and the treatment of malignant tumor of Chinese medicine has begun to come to the fore in recent years. It can not only reduce the toxic and side effects of chemotherapy and chemotherapy, but also prevent the occurrence of cancer, improve the symptoms and improve the quality of life. Cancer is a chronic disease. It is a multi factor, complex and progressive process that can experience more than ten years or even decades. This is the reason why we should do this in this long process. How to make early diagnosis, early diagnosis, early treatment or improvement of the patient's symptoms to prolong life? How to effectively follow up after hospital follow-up and rehabilitation guidance for the cancer patients? How can the cancer patients in remote areas get better medical service? How to find a good way to break the problem of traditional Chinese medicine prevention and cure? Internet medical treatment There is provided a new research direction. As everyone knows, with the rapid development of the Internet, internet medical came into being, the State Council put forward the "Internet plus" to promote the further development of the Internet. In a certain extent to solve the medical patients "difficult", "hard line", broke the time. From the formation of internet medical treatment to the present explosive development, the status of internet medical treatment in all walks of life, advantages and disadvantages, characteristics and operation mode are carried out in all walks of life at home and abroad. The fine differentiation of the internet medical field is the inevitable trend of development. The main contents of this paper include the following four aspects: 1. Through literature research, the characteristics, status quo, advantages and disadvantages of TCM tumor and internet medical treatment are understood, and the internal relations, entry points and influencing factors are further explored, for the prevention and treatment of cancer in traditional Chinese medicine and Internet medical treatment. Combining with the theoretical basis of.2, through case analysis, the model, characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of different types of representative internet medical treatment are analyzed, the theory is connected with practice, the rationality, standardization and mode of internet medical treatment are deeply excavated, and the practical reference.3 for the mode of internet medical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is provided, through questionnaire survey, The research on different groups of people, from different angles to understand the internet medical treatment, the knowledge of the prevention and control of Chinese medicine and the demand for the internet medical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, provide the practical basis for the feasibility of the internet medical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,.4, and the combination of the theoretical basis and the actual data to explore the mode of the internet medical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, for the tumor of traditional Chinese medicine. The diagnosis and treatment, the health education for cancer prevention opened up a new way, and also created a new situation for the modern development of Chinese medicine tumor. Through the literature analysis, the pace of internet medical advance has been unable to stop. Under the development of the Internet, under the environment of the big data age and the promotion of national policy, it is necessary for the continuous development and maturity of internet medical treatment. The internet medical treatment is especially suitable for the health management of chronic diseases, disease prevention and so on, and the right malignant tumor is a chronic disease. The treatment of malignant tumor is characterized by long-term, high frequency, multi direction, and preventable characteristics. These characteristics are in line with the characteristics of the development of Internet medical treatment, which is also the traditional Chinese medicine. The development trend of internet medical treatment has provided an opportunity for the formation of internet medical treatment in traditional Chinese medicine. At the same time, the national policy is the backing of the internet medical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. The development patterns of internet medical treatment are different with the case analysis, but there is no perfect Internet medical model at present. If the traditional Chinese medicine tumor internet medical treatment is difficult to have a good prospects for development, it is necessary for us to find out the development mode suitable for the modern TCM tumor on the internet medical platform. According to the results of the questionnaire survey, 59.4% of the respondents believed that the internet medical treatment of Chinese Medical cancer was feasible and 35% of the visits were interviewed. The population, with an uncertain attitude, needs to focus on this part of the population and guide, make the uncertainty become feasible, only 5.6% of the population think it is unfeasible. Meanwhile, through the analysis of the respondents, the respondents' recognition of the feasibility of internet medical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is the understanding of internet medical treatment. There is a positive correlation between the degree of knowledge and the knowledge of the prevention and control of cancer in traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, increasing the understanding of the knowledge of internet medical treatment and the prevention and control of cancer of traditional Chinese medicine can promote the formation of internet medical treatment in traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, the internet medical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine should be based on the internet medical treatment as the carrier and the theory and practice of traditional Chinese medicine. Health education of traditional Chinese medicine, online Chinese medicine consultation, medical information inquiry of traditional Chinese medicine, medical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, and remote medical consultation and treatment. The formation of internet medical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is a major challenge. If it is successful, it can raise the concept of treatment and treatment of Chinese medicine to a new height, and it can also make the tumor of traditional Chinese medicine.
