【摘要】:中国作为一个人口大国,医疗发展水平是全民关注的问题。近些年,公立医院的发展已无法满足人们对医疗服务日益广泛的需求,而民营医院和专科医院能更好的补充人们对医疗市场的需求并能提供优质的医疗服务。A民营眼科医院是一家处于发展时期的中小型民营眼科医院,企业经营发展的各个阶段都必须要有适合的员工作为支撑,企业才能保持快速稳定的发展。然而A民营眼科医院在近几年的发展中,由于医院人员数量不足、人员质量不高和人员结构不合理等问题影响了企业的经营发展,而解决这些问题的关键就在于建立符合医院实际发展需求且高效的招聘体系,通过改进后的招聘体系满足企业对人才的需求,提升人才的竞争力水平,改变人力资源结构不合理的问题,以达到促进企业快速发展的目的。本论文通过对A民营眼科医院全体员工进行问卷调查和统计分析的方法,分别从招聘准备阶段、实施阶段和评估阶段对企业目前的招聘体系展开分析,在明确招聘体系改进原则并结合招聘体系相关理论的基础上,针对以上三个阶段存在的问题提出了具体的优化方案。为了保障招聘体系优化方案顺利实施,该论文论述了企业在招聘理念、人力资源基础管理、企业文化等方面所采取的保障措施。
[Abstract]:China as a large population, the level of medical development is a matter of concern to the whole people. In recent years, the development of public hospitals has been unable to meet the increasing demand for medical services. Private hospitals and specialized hospitals can better supplement the needs of the medical market and provide quality medical services. A private ophthalmology hospital is a small and medium-sized private ophthalmology hospital in the period of development. In order to keep the rapid and stable development, the enterprise must have suitable staff as the support in each stage of business development. However, in the development of A private ophthalmological hospital in recent years, due to the shortage of hospital personnel, the low quality of personnel and the unreasonable structure of personnel, and so on, the management and development of the enterprise has been affected. The key to solve these problems lies in the establishment of an efficient recruitment system that meets the actual needs of hospital development, meets the needs of enterprises for talents through the improved recruitment system, and promotes the level of talent competitiveness. Changing the unreasonable structure of human resources to achieve the purpose of promoting the rapid development of enterprises. Through questionnaire survey and statistical analysis of all the staff in A private ophthalmological hospital, this paper analyzes the current recruitment system of the enterprise from the recruitment preparation stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage, respectively. On the basis of clarifying the principles of improving the recruitment system and combining with the relevant theories of the recruitment system, this paper puts forward a concrete optimization scheme for the problems existing in the above three stages. In order to ensure the successful implementation of the optimization scheme of recruitment system, this paper discusses the guarantee measures taken by enterprises in the aspects of recruitment concept, basic management of human resources, corporate culture and so on.
