蒿芩麻杏石甘汤配合拔罐治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎临床疗效观察
[Abstract]:Objective: based on the treatment of azithromycin, the children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia with syndrome differentiation of wind-heat depression lung syndrome and phlegm-heat blocking lung syndrome were treated with Azithromycin orally and cupping, and compared with azithromycin alone. To observe the efficacy and safety of combined treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia with cupping drugs, and to evaluate it synthetically. Methods: a total of 100 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were selected from the outpatient and ward of Oriental Hospital of Beijing University of traditional Chinese Medicine. The syndrome is wind heat depression lung or phlegm heat block lung syndrome. The experimental group was randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was treated with azithromycin anti-infective therapy and symptomatic support therapy. The experimental group was treated with Azithromycin Maxingshigan decoction orally and cupping on the basis of the treatment in the control group. The main symptoms (cough, phlegm obstruction, fever, asthma, lung Up sound), secondary symptoms (appetite, nausea, spirit, complexion), laboratory indexes and therapeutic evaluation indexes were evaluated at a specific time point in the two groups. To evaluate the clinical effect of Aoqingma Xingshigan decoction combined with cupping. Results: compared with the control group, the total scores of the experimental group and the control group were significantly different before and after treatment, indicating that the two groups were effective. There was no significant difference in the scores of symptoms between the two groups after treatment, and there was no significant difference in laboratory examination between the two groups, but the scores of the onset time of the main symptoms in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant in cough and phlegm obstruction. The effect time of auscultation was significantly higher than that of the control group, suggesting that the time of cough improvement, phlegm accumulation and Up tone absorption were shorter in the experimental group than in the control group. After treatment, the total score of symptoms in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the disease grade in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group after treatment. The difference was statistically significant, suggesting that the treatment plan of the experimental group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia with combined cupping therapy can improve the cure rate, improve cough and expectoration symptoms, promote the absorption of Up sound, and is safe to use.
