加味增液汤治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病便秘的临床观察

【摘要】：目的:研究加味增液汤对于气阴两虚型糖尿病便秘治疗的临床疗效,充分挖掘其治疗价值,探寻出一条疗效满意的治疗糖尿病便秘的方法。方法:选择42例符合纳入标准的糖尿病便秘患者,随机将受试对象分为实验组和对照组,每组各21例。治疗组在维持原有糖尿病治疗方案基础上每日予以加味增液汤口服进行治疗;对照组在维持原有糖尿病治疗方案的基础上每日予麻仁软胶囊口服治疗。以7天为一个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程,分别记录患者治疗前后的各项便秘症状积分,依据相关标准进行治疗效果的评分,所有实验数据均采用SPSS22.0软件进行统计分析:计数资料用x 2检验,计量资料用t检验,P0.05为有统计学差异。结果:在年龄分层、性别比例、病程以及便秘严重程度(CCS)等方面,两组间差异无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后实验组排便间隔时间积分为1.02±0.99、排便速度积分为1.04±1.05、粪便性状积分为1.11±1.01、排便难度积分为0.91±0.72、便意积分为1.09±1.03、兼症积分为0.37±0.26,均优于对照组,且两组比较P0.05,差异有统计学意义。对照组总有效率57.1%,实验组总有效率85.7%,两组比较P0.05,差异有统计学意义。在安全性指标检测中治疗组和对照组均无异常。结论:加味增液汤具有益气滋阴,润肠通便之功效,对于气阴两虚型糖尿病便秘的治疗具有良好的疗效,能有效地缩短排便间隔时间、加快排便速度、改善粪便性状、改善排便难度、增强便意以及改善兼症,是一种较为安全、治疗方便、便于基层推广并且容易被众多患者接受的一种治疗方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the clinical effect of Jiawei Zengye decoction in treating diabetic constipation with deficiency of qi and yin, fully excavate its therapeutic value, and find out a method of treating diabetic constipation with satisfactory curative effect. Methods: 42 diabetic constipation patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 21 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated orally with modified Zengye decoction on the basis of maintaining the original diabetes treatment plan, while the control group was treated with maren soft capsule orally on the basis of maintaining the original diabetes treatment plan. After 7 days as a course of treatment, two consecutive courses of treatment were used to record the scores of constipation symptoms before and after treatment, and to score the therapeutic effects according to the relevant criteria. All the experimental data were analyzed by SPSS22.0 software: the counting data was tested by x2, the measurement data by t test, P0.05 for the statistical difference. Results: there was no significant difference in age stratification, sex ratio, course of disease and severity of constipation between the two groups (P0.05). After treatment, the scores of defecation interval time, defecation velocity, fecal traits, defecation difficulty and stool meaning were 1.02 卤0.99, 1.04 卤1.05, 1.11 卤1.01, 0.91 卤0.72 and 1.09 卤1.03, respectively. The score of concurrent symptom was 0.37 卤0.26, which was better than that of control group (P 0.05). The total effective rate was 57.1 in the control group and 85.7 in the experimental group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). There was no abnormality in both the treatment group and the control group. Conclusion: Jiawei Zengye decoction has the effect of invigorating qi and nourishing yin, moistening intestines and relieving defecation. It has a good effect on the treatment of diabetic constipation with deficiency of both qi and yin. It can effectively shorten the defecation interval time, accelerate defecation speed and improve fecal properties. Improving defecation difficulty, enhancing stool meaning and improving concurrent disease is a safe, convenient, easy to popularize and easily accepted by many patients.
