低剂量抗生素暴露对罗非鱼健康与食用安全性的影响及其与饲料生化组成的相关性研究

抗生素主要用于包括全球养殖鱼类在内的动物与人类的疾病预防和治疗中。由于滥用导致使用过量和摄入后吸收不良,加上它们的高水溶性和抗降解性,致使低剂量抗生素在环境中无处不在。一方面,在水产养殖中,抗生素通过杀死或抑制致病菌的增殖来帮助改善鱼类的健康;另一方面,抗生素也会产生负面效应。迄今为止,接触低环境浓度的抗生素(LECAs)和水产养殖许用剂量的抗生素(LADAs)对鱼类的慢性系统影响及其对人类健康的风险仍然相对模糊;此外,使用膳食成分如脂质和碳水化合物来减轻抗生素引起的副作用也并不清晰。本研究以尼罗罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus)为研究对象,研究了LECAs和LADAs对鱼类健康和人类健康风险的影响,同时进一步探讨了高脂肪和碳水化合物在调节饮食抗生素引起的不良反应中的作用。我们对罗非鱼常规生化生理指标、代谢功能指标、组织切片以及肠道和肝脏健康指标进行检测,并采用风险评价法对成人和儿童食用抗生素暴露下生产的鱼肉可能产生的人体健康风险进行了评估。在本论文中,我们首先使用低剂量的土霉素(OTC)和磺胺甲恶唑(SMZ)对鱼体暴露于LECAs和LADAs的慢性毒性效应及其对人类...
