葡萄籽提取物及龟板提取物对胫骨软骨发育不良肉鸡治疗效果的研究

胫骨软骨发育不良(TD)属于禽类代谢紊乱病,主要发生在快速生长的禽类中,特别是在肉鸡中。其特征是生长板(GP)的非矿化和非血管化,导致肉鸡跛行及软骨细胞的异常生长。据报道,TD的发病率约占家禽骨病的30%,其在中国发病率约为10%,并能导致农民的利润率严重下降。TD的临床和亚临床症状主要为免疫力降低、骨髓炎、生长缓慢、及乳腺囊肿形成。进而引起动物伦理和福利问题,降低肉鸡的胴体和肉的质量。1.葡萄籽提取物通过下调CA2基因和增强肝功能恢复受胫骨软骨发育不良影响的鸡胫骨软骨发育不良(TD)是一种严重的肉鸡代谢综合征,其表现为生长板(GP)向胫骨干骺端增生。葡萄籽提取物(GSE)是是一种天然的植物提取物,在抗氧化,抗炎、抗癌和减少机体氧化损伤方面起着重要作用。本实验旨在评估GSE对发生TD的肉鸡的治疗作用。为此,我们购买了210只雏鸡并在前3天喂食正常的初始饲料。之后,所有雏鸡分成两组,对照组为70只鸡(正常饮食),另一组为试验组140鸡(正常饮食+福美双50mg/kg)。试验组在第7天又被平分为2组,分别为TD组和GSE组。饲喂结果显示:与TD组相比,GSE显著(P<0.05)减少了...
