姜黄素和大黄素对福美双诱导的肉鸡胫骨软骨发育不良的治疗作用及分子机制研究

  肉鸡胫骨软骨发育不良(TD)是发生在快速生长禽类中的一种病因不明的疾病。TD的典型病变可见于胫骨近骺端,其主要特征是无血管化和无钙化。患TD的家禽表现为身体状况差,胫骨骨骼变形,行走困难。这种疾病在全世界不仅造成巨大的经济损失,而且也带来了严重的动物福利问题。中草药一直被用于治疗各种疾病,相比化学合成药物,它具有副作用较小、生产成本低廉等特性,适合长期的服用。1.姜黄素修复福美双诱发肉鸡胫骨软骨发育不良中的生长板发育异常姜黄素是一种鲜黄色的香料,黄素是从姜科、天南星科中的一些植物的根茎中提取的一种姜黄多酚,被称为姜黄。姜黄素被认为可通过抑制破骨细胞的生成来抑制骨吸收。它是调控和参与骨重塑的重要分子靶点。然而,目前尚无采用姜黄素治疗肉鸡TD的研究报道。本试验旨在研究姜黄素对TD损伤、禽类的生长性能、胫骨参数及对血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和Dlx5基因表达的影响;同时分析了不同处理条件下肉鸡肝脏中的相关酶类(ALT、ALP、AST)和抗氧化(SOD、MDA、GSH-Px)水平。本试验将400只AA肉鸡平均分为4组:对照组、TD组、TDR(自然恢复组)和CUR(姜黄素给药组)。对照组从第1...
