请求行为之微妙性的会话分析研究

请求是日常生活中常见的一种行为。对于请求行为所进行的研究涉及诸多领域,比如语用学、跨文化语用学、社会语言学、第二语言习得、会话分析等。然而,在国内,少有学者从会话分析的角度对请求行为进行研究。本研究采用会话分析研究方法,以请求行为为研究对象,分析请求行为是如何发起的,请求者使用哪些会话常规做出请求,同时,在发起请求行为的过程中,请求者如何构建其微妙性。基于在构建请求过程中的可视化的微妙性特征对其背后隐藏的社会机制进行深入探讨。本研究基于对600分钟真实的电话谈话对其中所发现的请求序列进行详细分析。研究发现分别在第四、五章呈现。第四章关注的是将请求行为构建成为具有微妙性的社会行为时请求者在序列组织中所采用的常规。研究表明,请求行为很少直接出现,其前通常会出现请求前序列或请求前序序列。请求前序列的使用不仅在序列上推迟请求行为的出现,同时也对请求被接受的可能性进行探测。此外,请求前序列对请求行为的出现具有投射作用,被请求者借此主动提供帮助,从而避免请求行为的发起。请求预备前序列是一种特殊的请求前序列,提供与请求行为的发起相关的背景介绍与前提条件,使会话序列顺利推进到请求的发起,同时在序列上也...
