中国民间调解言语行为的文化语用学研究

  调解被认为是化解矛盾冲突的重要方式之一。调解的过程异常复杂,涉及的因素众多。因而,调解研究呈现出明显的跨学科特征,吸引了包括法学、社会学、心理学、政治学与国际关系、语言学等在内多学科学者的共同参与。不可否认的是,语言在调解活动中发挥着不可替代的作用。从语言学的视角来看,调解是一种发生在第三方调解者与当事人之间的会话互动形式。当前,关于调解活动中语言使用的研究主要有两大特点:其一,在已有的研究中,英美国家的研究者居多,研究对象也多为西方式调解。相较而言,以其他国家或文化族群的调解为对象的研究并不多,针对中国本土调解类型的研究则更为稀少。其二,大部分研究的关注点主要在描述调解活动中的语言行为与互动结构特征,及其与活动机构属性或社会要素之间的关联性,但很少探究特定的文化语境对调解语言使用的影响。我们认为,调解活动不仅是一项言语活动,同时也是一种文化实践。在调解过程中,各参与者的语言行为的产出与理解不但受到了特定活动类型的制约,同时也受该文化语境要素(如信念、价值观、规约等)的驱动。本研究在文化语用学的理论框架下,基于对十个真实的调解案例进行语料分析,旨在探究中国民间调解活动的语言使用特点及文...
