习近平法治国家建设思想研究

【摘要】：加快建设社会主义法治国家是时代赋予中国共产党人的历史使命,自中国共产党十八大以来,习近平总书记在一系列重要讲话中系统阐述了关于为什么要依法治国、如何选择法治之路、怎样建设法治国家等实现法治中国的新思想、新理念、新战略。习近平法治国家建设思想,是基于我们党和国家长期坚持和持续发展中国特色社会主义的实际情况提出治国理政的基本方略,是关系到我党执政兴国的一个战略性问题。本文将从四个部分对习近平法治国家建设思想进行了研究。第一部分,绪论。阐释习近平法治国家建设思想的研究背景和研究意义。概述国内和国外的研究现状,说明主要的研究思路和探究方法。第二部分,说明习近平法治国家建设思想产生的客观背景与理论基础。首先说明习近平法治国家建设相关的基本概念,包括"法治"和"国家"以及"法治国家"等内涵。其次是习近平法治国家思想的客观背景,法治国家是社会转型期国家发展的方向,同时是治国理政的基本目标,也是实现中华民族伟大复兴的客观必然。最后说明形成习近平法治国家建设思想提供的理论基础,包括马克思主义的法治理论,中国传统文化中的法治理论,西方国家的法治理论,还有中国化的马克思主义理论,其中包含国家前任领导人毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民、胡锦涛的法治思想。第三部分,习近平法治国家建设思想的主要内容与基本特点。首先阐释习近平法治国家建设思想的主要内容,主要围绕着六个具体方面进行详细论述和解析,突显习近平法治国家思想的精髓所在。其次概述习近平法治国家建设思想的基本特点,包括战略性、有机统一性、实践性和目的性。习近平法治国家思想强调的是法治与德治的重要结合,是实现法治国家的重要支撑。第四部分,习近平法治国家建设思想的时代价值。时代价值包括理论价值和现实意义,其中马克思主义法治理论在当代中国进步的理论价值,具有中国特色社会主义法治理论在现时代丰富的理论价值。除此之外,在实践意义中习近平法治国家建设思想是全面推动依法治国的思想武器,是实现社会主义法治国家的思想指南。
[Abstract]:Speeding up the construction of a socialist country ruled by law is the historical mission entrusted to the Chinese Communists by the times. Since the 18th CPC Congress, General Secretary Xi Jinping has systematically elaborated on why to govern the country according to law in a series of important speeches. How to choose the road of ruling by law, how to build a country ruled by law, etc. The thought of building a country ruled by law in Xi Jinping is based on the fact that our party and country have been persisting in and continuously developing socialism with Chinese characteristics for a long time, and it is a strategic issue related to our party's governing and rejuvenating the country. This article will carry on the research from four parts to the Xi Jinping rule of law country construction thought. The first part, introduction. Explain the research background and significance of Xi Jinping's thought of building a country ruled by law. This paper summarizes the current situation of research both at home and abroad, and explains the main research ideas and methods. The second part, explains the objective background and theoretical basis of Xi Jinping's thought of building a country ruled by law. This paper first explains the basic concepts related to the construction of Xi Jinping rule of law country, including "rule of law", "state" and "country ruled by law" and other connotations. Secondly, it is the objective background of the thought of Xi Jinping country ruled by law, which is the direction of the development of the country in social transition, the basic goal of governing the country and the basic goal of governing the country, and the objective necessity of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Finally, it explains the theoretical basis provided by the formation of Xi Jinping's thought of building a country ruled by law, including the Marxist theory of rule of law, the theory of rule of law in Chinese traditional culture, the theory of rule of law in western countries, and the theory of Marxism in China. It contains the rule of law ideas of Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao, the country's former leaders. The third part, the main content and the basic characteristic of Xi Jinping rule of law country construction thought. First of all, it explains the main content of the construction of Xi Jinping country ruled by law, mainly discusses and analyzes in detail around six concrete aspects, highlights the essence of the thought of rule by law of Xi Jinping. Secondly, it summarizes the basic characteristics of Xi Jinping's thought of building a country ruled by law, including strategic, organic unity, practicality and purpose. The thought of rule by law of Xi Jinping emphasizes the important combination of rule by law and rule by virtue, and is the important support to realize the country ruled by law. The fourth part, the time value of Xi Jinping rule of law country construction thought. The value of the times includes the theoretical value and practical significance, among which the Marxist theory of rule of law is the theoretical value of the progress in contemporary China, and the theory of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics has abundant theoretical value in the present era. In addition, in the practical sense, the thought of Xi Jinping rule by law country construction is the ideological weapon to promote the rule of law in an all-round way, and is the ideological guide to realize the socialist country ruled by law.
