【摘要】:多元文化背景下,意识形态领域里马克思主义与非马克思主义之间的斗争日趋激烈,用马克思主义占领大学意识形态领域是新时期我国高校面临的重大课题。高校青年教师作为重要的人才资源,是我国高等教育的生力军。加强高校青年教师马克思主义信仰教育,对不断提高青年教师思想政治素质、培育社会主义优秀接班人、保持中国特色社会主义办学方向和实现中华民族伟大复兴都具有重要意义。近年来,高校在加强青年教师马克思主义信仰教育方面取得了许多新成绩。然而,受全球化和社会大发展大变革大调整的影响,一部分高校青年教师的理想信念出现弱化倾向,高校在青年教师马克思主义信仰教育方面也存在一些不足。因此,开展高校青年教师马克思主义信仰教育是加强高校青年教师思想政治工作的迫切需要,也是新形势下时代赋予我们的重要责任。鉴于高校青年教师马克思主义信仰教育的重要性与紧迫性,本文以辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义为根本研究方法,采用从一般到个别,再从个别到一般的演绎归纳法,综合相关专家学者和权威部门的研究结果,通过调查研究,分析探讨了高校青年教师马克思主义信仰教育的思想资源、理论基础、历史经验、教育现状、存在的问题及原因,遵循信仰的生成机制和信仰教育规律,提出了进一步加强高校青年教师马克思主义信仰教育的对策。首先,在考察当前研究现状的基础上提出论文研究思路与方法、研究的难点与创新之处。其次,阐述了马克思主义经典作家关于信仰教育的思想,中国传统文化和西方国家关于信仰教育的经验。继之,阐释了高校青年教师马克思主义信仰教育的重要意义,分析了高校青年教师马克思主义信仰教育的四维结构,即高校青年教师马克思主义信仰教育的主体、客体、介体和环体,厘清谁来教育、教育对象的特点、教育目标、教育内容和教育方法、外在环境对教育效果的影响等等问题,为论文研究打好理论基础。然后,回溯高校青年教师马克思主义信仰教育的发展历程,总结建国后到十八大以前高校青年教师马克思主义信仰教育的经验,为做好当今高校青年教师马克思主义信仰教育提供启示。另外,重点分析了当前高校青年教师马克思主义信仰教育取得的新成就以及存在的问题和原因,为加强青年教师马克思主义信仰教育提供现实依据。最后,以高校青年教师马克思主义信仰教育的四维结构入手,综合马克思主义信仰教育的历史经验和当前青年教师马克思主义信仰教育的实际,提出了加强高校青年教师马克思主义信仰教育的建议。教育主体方面,充分发挥高校党委的主体性;教育客体方面,结合青年教师的特点,激发其自我教育的主动性;教育介体方面,注重马克思主义信仰教育内容的创新,完善马克思主义信仰教育的方法,充分发挥教育介体的承载性;教育环体方面,注重马克思主义信仰教育环境的创设,发挥环境在教育中“润物细无声”的浸润性。
[Abstract]:Under the background of multi culture in the field of ideology between Marx and non Marx doctrine of fierce struggle, with Marx's occupation field university ideology is the new era of major issues facing China's colleges and universities. The young teachers in Colleges and universities as an important human resources, are the main force of China's Higher Education. Strengthening the young teachers in Colleges and universities Marx's belief in education to constantly improve the ideological and political quality of young teachers, cultivate excellent socialist successors, keep China characteristic socialist orientation and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is of great significance. In recent years, many universities have made new achievements in strengthening the young teachers Marx's belief in education. However, affected by the development of globalization and social transformation the part of the ideals and beliefs of young college teachers in universities weakening tendency of young teachers There are also some shortcomings of teacher Marx's belief in education. Therefore, colleges and universities young teacher Marx's belief in education is an urgent need to strengthen the ideological and political work of young teachers in Colleges and universities, under the new situation is the important responsibility of our era. In view of the importance and urgency of the young teacher Marx's belief in education, the fundamental research methods dialectical materialism and historical materialism, uses from the general to the individual, from individual to general deduction, research results of relevant experts and authoritative departments, through investigation and study, analysis of the young college teachers' belief in Marx education thought resources, theoretical basis, historical experience, education status, problems and the reason, follow the belief formation mechanism and the belief in the law of education, proposed to further strengthen the University Young Teachers of Ma In Kyth's belief in education. Firstly, research ideas and methods based on investigation of the current status of the research on the difficulties and innovations of the research. Secondly, expounds Marx and Engels thought about faith education, Chinese traditional culture and Western countries on the belief education experience. Then, explains the important the significance of Marx's belief in education of young teachers in Colleges and universities, analyzes the four-dimensional structure of young college teachers Marx's belief in education, the young teachers in Colleges and universities Marx belief education main body, object, medium and ring body, clarify who to education, education object characteristics, educational goal, educational content and educational method, the problem of external environment the effect of education and so on, to lay the theoretical foundation for the research. Then, back in the course of development of young teachers in Colleges and universities Marx's belief in education, the total The previous eighteen young college teachers Marx belief education experience to the node after the founding of the PRC, providing enlightenment for today's college young teachers do Marx's belief in education. In addition, focus on the analysis of the new achievements of university young teachers Marx's belief in education has made and the existing problems and reasons, provide a realistic basis for strengthening the young teachers' belief in Marx education.
