【摘要】：社会主义核心价值观是中国特色社会主义理论体系的重要组成部分,是马克思主义中国化的重要成果,是指引中国特色社会主义事业建设的明确价值目标,是引领当代中国不断发展进步的鲜明精神旗帜。本文以唯物史观、历史考察、比较与分析、归纳与演绎相结合的研究方法,对社会主义核心价值观的渊源、中国共产党探索社会主义核心价值观的历程进行了系统地研究,并对社会主义核心价值观的未来走向探讨设计。这一研究将有助于人们深刻体悟为什么要建设社会主义核心价值观,怎样理解和看待社会主义核心价值观的积极作用,以及怎样有效培育和践行社会主义核心价值观。社会主义核心价值观是人类优秀价值观念的凝结,具有理论、传统、文化、历史和实践五个维度的渊源。它是对马克思主义经典作家相关理论的运用与发展,主要是意识形态理论、国家学说、未来社会特征的科学构想和人的道德素质论述;它是对中华优秀传统文化的自然传承,继承、吸收了其的中“富国”、“民本”、“和谐”、“均平”、“诚信”等观念的合理内核;它是对西方先进文明成果的有益借鉴,近代西方的自由、平等、民主、法治的价值理念对核心价值观产生积极影响;它是近代中国反帝反封建斗争的历史总结,即实现民族独立和人民解放价值理想及自强求富和民主自由的价值追求;它是社会主义革命、建设和改革开放成就的实践概括,主要是树立富强、民主、文明的价值理想,强调平等、公正、法治的价值追求,注重培育社会主义、共产主义观念和树立“四有”新人的价值规范。社会主义核心价值观是我们党长期探索的成果,经历了社会主义精神文明建设、社会主义核心价值体系建设、区域行业精神探索、“三个倡导”核心价值观构建四个时期。改革开放后,我们党高度重视社会主义精神建设,强调正确认识“社会主义”价值理念,建设高度的社会主义精神文明,建设“现代化的、高度民主的、高度文明的社会主义强国”和培养社会主义思想道德观念,这是社会主义核心价值观的精神文明建设时期。进入新世纪后,党的十六届六中全会提出建设社会主义核心价值体系的战略任务,继而大力推动社会主义核心价值体系建设,并且在宣传教育核心价值体系中开始重视核心价值观提炼,因此,核心价值观的探索转入社会主义核心价值体系建设时期。党的十七大、十七届六中全会继续推进核心价值观建设,并推动了地方和行业提炼概括区域行业精神的热潮,即省级层面,凝练省、自治区和直辖市精神;市级层面,概括省会城市精神;行业层面,提取行业核心价值观,因此,这是核心价值观的区域行业精神的探索时期。2012年,党的十八大在总结各方理论研究和实践探索的基础上,凝聚各方价值共识,集社会主义价值理念之大成,实现价值观建设的实质性突破,首次以24字提升和凝练社会主义核心价值体系,形成了“三个倡导”,并在一年后将其确立为社会主义核心价值观的基本内容,对社会主义核心价值观进行了重点阐述,对培育和践行核心价值观活动作出了重要部署,这是“三个倡导”核心价值观的构建时期。从历史发展的逻辑看,“三个倡导”核心价值观的形成既是我国改革开放以来的历史与现实发展的必然要求,又是应对我国正处于全面深化改革关键时期所面临的复杂形势与时代要求的需要。社会主义核心价值观是顺应历史潮流的时代产物,它作为一种崭新的理论将伴随社会主义事业的开拓走向未来。在对“三个倡导”核心价值观的理论意蕴和理论品格作出认知后,本文阐明了这一核心价值观的发展走向,即理论上,其概括将“更精准、更鲜明、更简洁”;实践上,重在抓好“落细、落小、落实”。
