【摘要】：当前,我国政府提出创新驱动发展战略,协同创新日益成为学术界与产业界共同关注的焦点。协同创新的提出进一步强调了创新主体之间应建立相应的合作机制,提升合作创新的效率,产生总体上的协同创新效应。我国大学-产业合作组织经历了多年的发展,逐步成为国家创新系统的中坚力量。大学-产业合作体系建设经历了由产学研简单联合,到产学研项目结合,再到产学研用紧密结合的三个阶段。从早期的校办企业到大学衍生企业,高校科技产业逐渐走向成熟,被市场所接受;从校企联合培养、合作共建实验室到当前大学与地方政府共建产业技术研究院,合作共建的组织模式逐渐发展为多元化的合作平台。不论是企业还是研究机构,大学-产业合作组织已成为引导产学研合作创新体系发展方向的重要角色。当前,如何促进合作组织产生协同创新效应是提升创新效率的关键。从协同创新视角探讨大学-产业合作组织的构建与运行成为本文研究的主要问题。研究大学-产业合作组织如何进行协同创新,能够丰富和发展协同创新理论体系,在实践层面促进我国大学-产业合作组织的建设,推动大学与产业间的持续互动,为新时期大学-产业合作组织建设与发展提供治理策略与对策建议。本研究以交易成本理论、技术创新理论、组织学习理论、制度变迁理论及协同学理论为基础,综合运用逻辑推演、案例分析及实证分析等研究方法对大学-产业合作组织的交易成本、制度安排及效应路径等问题进行研究,分析协同创新背景下大学-产业合作组织的构建与运行、创新要素的协同过程及协同创新效应的产生路径。在大学-产业合作组织的构建过程的研究中,本文以交易成本视角分析了大学-产业合作过程中的交易成本类型、测量角度与变化过程,总结了大学-产业合作协同模式下的交易成本分担结构。首先,分析了大学-产业合作的交易形式与交易市场,界定了合作交易过程中的沟通成本、谈判成本、履约成本和风险成本;其次,分析了大学-产业合作中交易成本的影响因素,以产品专用性、交易复杂性及不确定性三个衡量标准分别探讨了组织结构、治理结构及政府参与对交易成本的影响;再次,通过不同模式进行静态与动态的比较分析,依次分析了上述因素影响下的交易成本变化过程;最后,将交易成本因素引入到大学-产业合作组织演化博弈的模型中,探讨了交易成本对合作组织协同创新策略选择的影响。在大学-产业合作组织协同过程的研究中,本文以创新要素聚集、流动和结合为视角深化和拓展了大学-产业合作组织中技术与资本、管理及政策等创新要素的协同过程。首先,引入协同学分析框架分析了大学-产业合作组织中创新要素的汇聚、选择和结合过程,探讨了要素完备度、流动性及结构化等协同特征;其次,建立“关系-绩效”分析框架展开跨案例分析,通过多案例比较研究从动态维度探讨了协同度对创新绩效的影响;最后,总结了大学-产业合作组织的制度安排,提炼了激励制度、产权制度、投融资制度以及人才制度在创新要素结合过程中的制度架构。在大学-产业合作组织协同路径的研究中,本文通过建立组织因素与制度因素对协同创新效应的概念模型,分析协同创新效应的产生路径。首先,将制度创新与组织学习作为协同创新效应产生的外生性与内生性要素,进一步对各要素进行细分,建立了大学-产业合作组织的“制度-组织-效应”路径模型;其次,通过问卷的数据进行实证研究与检验,对协同路径进行验证性分析,证实了路径的有效性;最后,揭示了组织学习在制度创新影响协同创新效应的过程中起到的中介作用。综上,从大学-产业合作组织的治理角度,本文分别从组织机制、制度架构及网络治理方面提出我国大学-产业合作组织的治理策略。论证了促进大学-产业合作组织协同创新的必要性和可行性,提出了大学-产业合作组织首先应从制度架构、管理创新及机制设计等三个方面采取相应的措施,解决大学-产业合作组织发展面临的问题;在组织层面,要营造创新环境、加强网络沟通与培育学习能力;在具体操作层面,要完善创新要素的结构化、促进流动性与提升互补性。
