【摘要】:随着社会和科技的飞速发展,行业划分和岗位分工日渐细化,企业对人才的要求越来越高。针对此种情况,职业人选择与其职业兴趣特征相匹配的岗位,发挥所长,从而最大化个人及企业的生成效率,最终实现个人与社会的和谐双赢就变得十分必要且意义重大。将现有成熟的心理学职业兴趣理论成果应用到职业岗位选择上是一种比较科学的方式,但在具体实施过程中,往往受到测试规模、传播方式、人工阅卷等限制因素的影响,使其不能很好地被广泛应用。同时,互联网与移动互联网目前在国内取得了日益突出的发展,与社会生活生产的方方面面都产生了紧密的联系,将IT技术应用到传统职业兴趣测评成为必然趋势。本文将职业兴趣理论成果与互联网技术结合在一起,设计并实现一个职业兴趣在线测评系统,旨在推广现有职业兴趣理论在职业岗位选择上的应用,帮助职业人实现职业选择最佳决策。本系统包括三个子系统,分别是Web后端、Web前端和iOS移动客户端。Web后端使用.NET平台组建系统的业务逻辑层、数据访问层和数据持久化层;Web前端使用HTML5和LigerUI框架组建系统的用户界面表示层;iOS移动客户端使用UIKit、Core Animation和Quartz2D等框架设计并实现了 App。用户可以通过浏览器或手机App两种方式参与职业兴趣测评,系统综合分析用户的测评数据后,生成职业兴趣分布和匹配的职业选择报告书,为职业人的职业生涯规划提供科学合理的指导和建议。经过测试,本系统各项业务功能均能正常使用。Web后端数据业务能及时有效响应Web前端的Ajax请求和iOS客户端的HTTP请求,并同步到数据库持久化层。Web前端页面美观简洁,iOS客户端界面符合Apple公司的界面设计指导原则,具有良好的用户体验。本系统能准确分析出职业人的霍兰德职业兴趣人格特征,并生成结果报告,促进了职业兴趣理论成果的应用,帮助职业人做出科学合理的职业生涯规划。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of society and science and technology, the division of industry and the division of labor are thinning day by day, and the demand for talents is getting higher and higher. In view of this situation, it is very necessary and significant for a professional person to choose his post that matches his professional interest characteristics, so as to maximize his or her role and maximize the efficiency of personal and business generation, and ultimately achieve the harmonious and win-win between the individual and the society. The existing mature psychology theory is applied to occupation in occupation choice is a more scientific way, but in the specific implementation process, often affected by test scale, mode of transmission, manual marking and other limiting factors, so that they can not very well be widely used. At the same time, the Internet and mobile Internet have made an increasingly prominent development in China, and are closely related to all aspects of social life and production. It is an inevitable trend to apply IT technology to traditional occupational interest assessment. In this paper, we combine the theory of vocational interest and Internet technology, design and implement an online professional interest assessment system, aiming at promoting the application of existing career interest theory in career selection and helping professionals achieve the best decision of career choice. This system consists of three subsystems, which are Web back end, Web front end and iOS mobile client. Web use the.NET platform to build system of the back-end business logic layer, data access layer and data persistence layer; Web front-end using HTML5 and LigerUI framework to build system user interface layer; mobile iOS client using UIKit, and Quartz2D Core Animation framework design and implementation of App. Users can participate in occupational interest assessment through two ways of browsers or cell phone App. After comprehensive analysis of user's evaluation data, we can generate occupational interest distribution and matching career choice reports, so as to provide scientific and reasonable guidance and advice for career planning of professionals. After testing, all the business functions of the system can be used normally. The Web back end data service can respond effectively to the Ajax requests from the Web front end and the HTTP requests from the iOS client and synchronize to the database persistence layer. The Web front-end page is beautiful and concise, and the iOS client interface conforms to the interface design guidelines of Apple company and has a good user experience. This system can accurately analyze the professional interest and personality characteristics of Hollander, and generate results report, which promotes the application of theoretical results of career interest and helps professionals make a scientific and reasonable career planning.
