【摘要】:随着老龄化的程度逐渐加深,社会给予了老年群体越来越高的关注。同时,微信作为一种即时通讯工具,其发展速度快、影响范围广,目前已有相当数量的老年人开始使用微信。老年群体使用微信不仅有利于该群体紧随时代发展的脚步,同时也有利于社会对该群体进行精神关怀。在此背景下,本文以60岁以上使用微信的老年人为研究对象,探究老年群体微信的接触、使用及影响问题。研究方法采用以定量研究的研究方法。本论文共涉及五个部分,第一部分为绪论,涉及到问题的提出、已有研究成果综述、理论依据和研究意义,综述部分包括老年群体的媒介接触和使用现状以及微信的研究情况,理论依据涉及到创新扩散理论和使用与满足理论。第二部分为研究设计,涉及到研究对象、研究方法、研究假设以及研究问卷的设计。第三部分为结果描述,包括调查问卷的发放和回收情况、调查问卷结果频数分析及描述性分析和交叉分析。第四部分为结果讨论,通过对北京市老年人微信的接触状况及感受的总结,基于创新扩散理论的对老年群体微信接触的规律探究;基于使用与满足理论对老年群体微信使用特性及影响探究,包括老年群体的微信媒介诉求、老年群体的微信场景使用和老年群体的传播依赖。第五部分为结语,主要是对本研究的结论的总结和建议,还有对本研究不足之处的总结,最终提出相关建议并为微信传播在促进老年人精神关怀问题上提供参照。
[Abstract]:With the gradual deepening of the aging, the society has paid more and more attention to the elderly. At the same time, WeChat, as an instant messaging tool, has developed rapidly and has a wide range of influence. At present, a considerable number of elderly people have started to use WeChat. The use of WeChat not only helps the group to follow the pace of development of the times, but also helps the society to carry out spiritual care for this group. In this context. In this paper, the elderly over 60 years old using WeChat as the research object, to explore the contact, use and impact of the elderly group WeChat. The research methods are quantitative research methods. This paper involves five parts. The first part is the introduction, involving the question raised, the existing research results, theoretical basis and research significance, including the media contact and use of the elderly groups and the status quo of WeChat research. The second part is about the research design, the research object, the research method, the research hypothesis and the design of the questionnaire. The third part is the result description. Including the distribution and recovery of questionnaires, the frequency analysis of questionnaire results and descriptive analysis and cross-analysis. 4th as the results of discussion, through the Beijing elderly WeChat exposure and feelings summary. Based on the theory of innovation diffusion, the law of the contact of the old people's WeChat is explored. Based on the theory of use and satisfaction, this paper explores the characteristics and effects of the use of WeChat in elderly groups, including the demands of WeChat media for the elderly, the use of WeChat scene for the elderly and the communication dependence of the elderly. Part 5th is the conclusion. It is mainly the conclusion and suggestion of this study, as well as the summary of the deficiency of this study, and finally puts forward the related suggestions and provides the reference for WeChat communication in promoting the elderly spiritual care.
