【摘要】:从我国大型商业银行本世纪初到目前的发展状况来看,信息技术已深入植根到现代商业银行各项经营管理活动及运营工作之中,成为商业银行日常经营以及客户服务效率高低的重要因素。作为五大国有银行的中国建设银行,也始终走在信息化建设的前列,经费票据处理系统是为了解决建行内蒙分行下属各二级分行日常各项经费支出票据能够及时准确的传输到分行财务会计部进行统一的录入和审核,该系统能实现全行经费报销中心数字化办公,可建成全行集中、统一的报销凭证信息管理平台。针对行内报销制度和报销流程的实际需要,从而明确了系统的整体框架,每个功能子模块的详细流程控制,并设计出符合需求分析的具体实现方案。经费票据系统功能很大程度上满足了三大功能模块的实现,经费报销、系统管理、查询统计模块。其中,经费报销模块主要包括影像采集、影像上传打印、凭证初审、凭证录入、凭证审核、财务主管审批、付款、任务调度、影像清单打印、单据返还明细表;查询统计模块主要包括凭证状态查询、按分行统计、按退票原因统计、业务量统计;系统管理模块主要包括角色管理、用户管理、供应商管理、退回原因维护、任务指派方式维护、支付金额维护、报销事项维护、机构维护。论文着重介绍了系统的各模块的设计方案及与系统实现的相关内容,同时从整体的角度上来阐述三大模块下各个子系统之间的系统设计以及实现方法。并且借助UML建模技术对系统进行需求分析、系统设计,采用.NET框架构建应用系统开发平台,采用B/S三层架构模式和Oracle数据库及Weblogic中间件,使用ASP.NET高级语言编写程序代码。
[Abstract]:From the beginning of this century to the present development of large commercial banks in China, information technology has been deeply rooted in the modern commercial banks management activities and operations. As the five state-owned banks, China Construction Bank has always been in the forefront of information construction. Funds bill processing system is to solve the construction bank Neimeng branch of each sub-branch of the day-to-day expenditure bills can be timely and accurate transmission to the branch financial and accounting department for unified input and audit. This system can realize the digital office of the whole bank's expense reimbursement center, and can build a centralized and unified information management platform of the whole bank's reimbursement voucher, aiming at the actual needs of the in-line reimbursement system and the reimbursement process. Thus the overall framework of the system and the detailed flow control of each functional sub-module are clarified. And designed to meet the needs of the specific implementation of the program. The funds bill system functions to a large extent meet the implementation of the three major functional modules, funds reimbursement, system management, query statistical module. Expense reimbursement module mainly includes image collection, image upload and printing, certificate first examination, voucher entry, voucher audit, finance supervisor approval, payment, task scheduling, image list printing, document return list; The query statistics module mainly includes certificate status query, branch statistics, refund reason statistics and business volume statistics. The system management module mainly includes role management, user management, supplier management, return cause maintenance, task assignment maintenance, payment maintenance, reimbursement maintenance. The paper mainly introduces the design scheme of each module of the system and the related contents of the system implementation. At the same time from the overall point of view to explain the system design and implementation of each subsystem under the three modules, and with the help of UML modeling technology for the system requirements analysis, system design. Using .NET framework to build application system development platform, using the B / S three-tier architecture model, Oracle database and Weblogic middleware. Use ASP.NET high-level language to write program code.
