【摘要】:随着近20多年来电子信息技术以及汽车制造业的不断发展,汽车电子技术也在不断地提升着,人们对于汽车的安全性,舒适性以及娱乐性的需求也在不断地增长着。在多种汽车电子技术的研发中,车辆诊断的研究和使用越来越被大家关注,基于CAN总线的诊断成为了其中的热点,通过汽车的CAN总线可以对车辆进行多方面的诊断,不仅可以了解车辆的故障以及状态信息,同时还能够获取车辆各个零部件的使用状态信息。基于当前主流的车辆诊断方式,本文通过具体的协议实现以及实验分析来进行车辆诊断的研究,并且通过对应的实例来说明基于OBD的车辆诊断与基于UDS的车辆诊断的诊断方式和内容以及它们之间的区别。本文的主要贡献如下:1.描述了基于OBD协议的车辆诊断系统的设计和实现。通过对OBD协议的介绍以及通信机制的描述,从而引出基于OBD的车辆诊断的设计方法,并通过实际的采集设备以及云端的设计和具体实验来验证其可行性。2.介绍了 UDS协议的通信机制,实现车辆发动机诊断中的雨流计数法和载荷计算。主要说明了如何通过相关UDS协议采集车辆发动机相关数据并对之进行雨流计数处理。同时通过载荷计算来描述多个发动机参数(如应力数据,喷油相关数据,引擎转速等)之间的关系。最终综合这两种计数方法来对车辆发动机进行诊断和分析。3.利用现有的软件和硬件条件,建立基于CAN总线的车辆诊断的实验环境。通过实验和实车测试来验证总线通信的可行性,在诊断设备上实现OBD以及UDS数据的采集和运算,通过云端对数据进行接收,存储和处理操作,从而实现在线诊断的功能。实验结果表明,本文提出的基于CAN总线的车辆诊断的方法,能够通过计算和处理获取到车辆的状态信息以及故障信息,并且还能够对汽车发动机的使用情况进行诊断和分析。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of nearly 20 years of electronic information technology and automobile manufacturing industry, automobile electronic technology is constantly improving, people for automobile safety, comfort and entertainment needs are constantly increasing. In the development of various automotive electronic technology, vehicle diagnostic research and use more and more we have been concerned about the diagnosis, based on the CAN bus has become one of the hot spots, through the CAN bus of the vehicle can be diagnosed in many aspects of the vehicle, the vehicle can not only understand the fault and state information, the use of state information also can get all the parts of the vehicle. The vehicle diagnostic method based on the current mainstream, through specific research protocol implementation and experimental analysis of vehicle diagnosis, and to illustrate the vehicle diagnosis based on OBD and UDS in the diagnosis of the diagnosis based on the vehicle through the corresponding examples The distinction between form and content as well as their. The main contributions of this paper are as follows: 1. describes the design and implementation of vehicle diagnosis system based on OBD protocol. Based on the OBD protocol and communication mechanism is described, which leads to the design method of vehicle diagnosis based on OBD, and through the actual acquisition equipment and cloud design and the specific experiment to verify the feasibility of.2. introduces the communication mechanism of UDS protocol, the rain flow counting method and load calculation of the vehicle engine diagnosis. Mainly illustrates how the relevant data and the rain flow counting processing through UDS protocol. At the same time through the acquisition of vehicle engine load calculation to describe the multiple engine parameters (e.g. stress data, injection related data, engine speed etc.). The relationship between the ultimate combination of the two counting method for vehicle engine diagnosis and analysis using.3. The existing software and hardware conditions, establish the experimental environment of vehicle diagnosis based on CAN bus. Through the experiment and real vehicle test to verify the feasibility of bus communication, realize OBD and UDS data collection and operation in diagnostic equipment, through the cloud of data receiving, storage and processing operations, so as to realize the online diagnosis function. The experimental results show that the diagnosis method of vehicle based on CAN bus is proposed in this paper, to get to the vehicle status information and fault information through calculation and processing, and also be able to use the car engine condition for diagnosis and analysis.
