【摘要】:随着当代社会经济、科学技术、电子商务、智能化技术的发展,仓储管理及作业也在不断引进智能化设备,智能化仓储作业应运而生。仓储作业是指从商品入库到商品发送出库的整个过程,可归纳为在库管理、出入库作业等。而在整个过程中拣货作业所占用的成本最高、耗时最多,其效率与准确性都对公司的服务品质有极大的影响。而电子标签拣货系统具有弹性控制作业时间与即时现场控制等特点,自动化立体库系统具有节省劳动力,作业迅速准确,提高保管效率与降低物流费用等优越性。因此电子标签拣选系统和自动化立体库系统应用越来越广泛。但是现代仓储管理对信息化、服务综合化、自动化、智能化提出越来越高的要求,例如:出入库作业的动态优化;优化模型对不同库型的适应;与企业现有ERP系统数据的集成,实现资源的优化配置;借助计算机网络技术实现仓库的信息化管理,避免信息孤岛现象的出现。然而,现有的仓储管理与控制系统在扩展性、可集成性以及可维护性等方面仍需进一步研究与开发。本文紧密结合现代仓储管理的发展,主要面向自动化立体库与电子标签拣选库开展了智能化仓储作业关键技术研究。主要研究工作如下:(1)设计了面向服务的智能化仓储作业系统架构为了满足智能化仓储作业需求,设计了一种基于soa(service-orientedarchitecture)的仓储管理与控制系统架构,将主要功能封装为可重用的仓储作业监控服务、库存货品查询服务、仓储设备控制服务、仓储管理服务以及仓储作业智能优化服务。通过松耦合的服务架构使得系统可以灵活地支持不同库型、不同操作系统以及不同仓储业务的重构。(2)面向自动化立体库与电子标签拣选库的仓储作业及货位优化在操作批量订单的情况下,针对自动化立体库(automatedstorageandretrievalsystem,as/rs)巷道作业存在不均衡情况,提出了以堆垛机作业均衡与高仓储效率为目标的立体库货位优化模型;针对电子标签拣选库(picktolightsystem,ptl)存在货位闲置或每次都被选中的情况,提出了以订单完成度、货位占有率以及货位聚集度为目标的拣选作业优化模型。设计了基于二进制粒群(binaryparticleswarmoptimization,bpso)和遗传进化(geneticalgorithm,ga)等仿生算法,并对模型进行了求解。分别通过as/rs与ptl作业实例,验证了所提模型及算法的有效性。(3)面向智能化仓储作业的服务组件设计基于面向服务的系统架构、仓储管控系统关系数据库模型、仓储作业设备通信组件,将仓储优化模型以及仿生算法,封装为支持智能化仓储作业的服务组件,并集成到实际应用的仓储作业系统中。有效的解决不同库型、不同批量订单的仓储作业优化任务。(4)智能化仓储作业系统的研制与应用研制了基于Web的智能化仓储作业系统,通过MVC模式(Model View Controller)来实现SOA。系统针对PTL与AS/RS实现了智能化分配货位,满足了灵活应对实际拣选作业的需求,并在企业中得到了验证,取得了良好效果。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern social economy, science and technology, electronic commerce, intelligent technology development, warehouse management and operation has been the introduction of intelligent equipment, intelligent warehousing operations emerged. Warehouse operation refers to the whole process from the storage of goods to send out the goods, can be grouped into warehouse management, warehousing and so on. Occupied in the whole process of picking the highest cost, the most time-consuming, its efficiency and accuracy has a great impact on the company's service quality. And the electronic label picking system with elastic control operation time and real-time control, automatic warehouse system has the advantages of saving labor, rapid and accurate operation, improve storage efficiency with the advantages of reducing logistics cost. So the electronic label picking system and automatic warehouse system used more and more widely. But the modern warehouse management of informatization, comprehensive service Of automation, intelligent, put forward higher requirements, such as: dynamic optimization of warehouse; optimization model to adapt to different types of library; integration with existing enterprise ERP system data, optimize the allocation of resources; realize information management of warehouse by means of computer network technology, to avoid the phenomenon of information island. However, the existing warehouse management and control system in scalability, integration and maintainability aspects still need further research and development. Combining with the development of modern warehouse management, mainly for the automated three-dimensional database and electronic tag picking base carried on the key technology of intelligent warehouse. The main research work is as follows: (1) the design of service oriented intelligent warehouse system architecture in order to meet the demand of intelligent warehousing operations, based on the design of a SOA (Service-OrientedArchitecture) of the warehouse Storage management and control system architecture, main function of the package for the warehouse operation monitoring service reuse, inventory of goods inquiry service, warehousing equipment control services, warehousing management services and warehousing services. Through the intelligent optimization of loosely coupled services architecture makes the system can flexibly support different reservoir type, different operating system and reconstruction of different storage business. (2) warehousing and storage location optimization in operation orders under the condition for automated warehouse and electronic tag picking base, aiming at automated three-dimensional database (automatedstorageandretrievalsystem, as/rs) tunnel operation is not balanced, the warehouse space optimization model to the stacker operation balance and high storage efficiency as the goal; according to the electronic tag picking base (picktolightsystem, PTL) are idle or location every time is selected, put forward to order The degree of completion, the order picking optimization model for location share and location aggregation as the goal. The design is based on the binary particle swarm (binaryparticleswarmoptimization, BPSO) and genetic evolution (geneticalgorithm, GA) of bionic algorithm, and the model was solved by as/rs and PTL respectively. The field example shows that the proposed model is effective and the algorithm. (3) for intelligent warehouse service component design system architecture based on service oriented warehouse management system relational database model, warehousing equipment communication components, storage optimization model and algorithm, package for the service components supporting the intelligent warehouse, and integrated into the warehousing operation system application. Solve the different reservoir type, the warehouse operation optimization tasks in different orders. (4) the development and application of intelligent warehouse system based on Web The intelligent warehouse system, through the MVC model (Model View Controller) to realize the SOA. system based on PTL and AS/RS to achieve the intelligent distribution of goods, to meet the actual demand of flexible picking, and has been verified in the enterprise, and achieved good results.
