【摘要】:复数滤波器作为射频接收机的重要组成部分,实现有用信道的选择和镜像信号的抑制,其功耗和频率特性对接收机链路的信号质量有重要影响。通过提高电流效率和降低电源电压是实现低功耗复数滤波器的两种重要手段,是当前的主要研究方向。论文介绍了复数滤波器的应用背景,总结了低功耗复数滤波器的国内外研究现状,推导了复数滤波器的基本传输函数,得到了复数滤波器的系统框图,基于系统框图,设计了一种低功耗的复数滤波器。这种滤波器通过单个放大器实现2个极点,从而减少了有源模块数量,提高了电流效率。通过对相关设计方程式的推导和分析,优化了该低功耗的系统拓扑。为了进一步降低上述复数滤波器的功耗,论文中采用了一种基于主-从思想的低电压放大器作为复数滤波器的基本单元,这种单元的尾电流源虽然在线性区,但是利用反馈的方式实现了线性区的恒流特性,从而在具有一定共模抑制能力的情况下,节省了电源到地之间的电压裕度,从而可使复试滤波器工作在低电压下,大幅降低了该复数滤波器的功耗。为了简化复数滤波器系统,并且节省功耗,设计的复数滤波器采用传统的手动校准的方式。论文设计的带频率校准的低功耗滤波器采用TSMC0.13μmRFCMOS工艺,进行了 MPW流片,模块面积为0.24mm2。测试结果表明,该四阶低功耗复数带通滤波器在0.7V电源电压下消耗了 0.5mA的电流,实现的增益为8.1dB,中心频率在1.68MHz,带宽为0.9MHz,镜像抑制比为18.33dB,带内ⅡP3为-9.41dBm。
[Abstract]:As an important part of RF receiver, complex filter realizes the selection of useful channel and the suppression of mirror signal. Its power consumption and frequency characteristics have an important impact on the signal quality of the receiver link. Improving the current efficiency and reducing the power supply voltage are two important means to realize low power complex filter. This paper introduces the application background of complex filter, summarizes the research status of low power complex filter at home and abroad, and deduces the basic transmission function of complex filter. The system block diagram of the complex filter is obtained. Based on the system diagram, a low power consumption complex filter is designed. This filter achieves two poles through a single amplifier, thus reducing the number of active modules. Through the derivation and analysis of the related design equations, the low power system topology is optimized. In order to further reduce the power consumption of the complex filter mentioned above. In this paper, a kind of low-voltage amplifier based on master-slave thought is used as the basic unit of complex filter. The tail current source of this unit is in the linear region. But the constant current characteristic of linear region is realized by the way of feedback, thus the voltage margin between power supply and ground can be saved under the condition of certain common mode suppression ability. Thus, the power consumption of the complex filter can be greatly reduced by making the retrial filter operate at a low voltage.; in order to simplify the complex filter system, and save the power consumption. The complex filter is designed by the traditional manual calibration method. The low power filter with frequency calibration is designed using TSMC0.13 渭 mRFCMOS process, and the MPW wafer is carried out.
