【摘要】:当前,自媒体这种新的传播方式已经广泛地渗入到人们生活领域当中。对自媒体传播中科技伦理问题的研究,就是在对以网络、信息、符号为中介的数字化生存状态下人们价值取向的反思。科技带给人们福祉或灾难不取决于科技本身,而在于操控和使用技术的人。本文在厘清自媒体传播中的科技伦理意识主体后,从自媒体传播中面临的科技伦理问题着手,分析自媒体传播中科技伦理问题产生的原因,提升自媒体传播参与者的科技伦理意识,促进其正确认识自媒体技术活动的本质,使自媒体传播活动向着合乎伦理规范的方向发展。本文借鉴了技术哲学、科技伦理、自媒体传播等研究成果,运用了文献法、学科交叉分析法、理论联系实际等研究方法,对自媒体传播中科技伦理意识养成问题进行探析。自媒体传播中的科技伦理意识是自媒体传播参与者对自媒体技术活动中蕴含的伦理问题形成的正确认知,并形成良好的社会责任感和价值取向。科技伦理意识具有依赖性、大众性、前瞻性的特点,对自媒体传播中的科技伦理意识的培养有重要作用,首先,有助于对自媒体技术实践活动进行批判性反思,指导自媒体技术向着“应如何”的方向发展。其次,对自媒体传播中引发的伦理问题进行监督和调控。第三,促进自媒体传播活动的改进与发展。在自媒体传播过程中存在传播主体伦理道德失范、传播受众非理性参与传播活动、自媒体科技监管体制不完善、科技教育模式不健全的问题,这会导致自媒体传播中科技伦理问题的产生。自媒体传播过程中科技伦理问题出现的原因,主观方面包括自媒体传播主体和传播受众在内的传播参与者科技伦理意识缺失,客观方面包括自媒体科技监管、科技教育体制亟待完善。本文的落脚点为应对自媒体传播中科技伦理失范现象,促进自媒体传播参与者的科技伦理意识养成。因此,在明确自媒体传播中科技伦理意识养成的含义与目标后,从人本意识、风险意识、责任意识、公平意识、诚信意识五个方面提升自媒体传播参与者的科技伦理素养。同时,从教育改革、制度建设、技术监管、社会舆论四个方面形成科技伦理意识养成的路径与方法。
[Abstract]:At present, the new way of communication of the self-media has been widely infiltrated into the field of people's life. The research on the ethical issues of science and technology in the self-media communication is to use the network, the information, The reflection of people's value orientation under the condition of digital existence mediated by symbol. Science and technology does not bring people welfare or disaster depends on science and technology itself. After clarifying the main body of science and technology ethics consciousness in media communication, this paper begins with the scientific and technological ethical problems in media communication, and analyzes the causes of the scientific and technological ethical problems in media communication. To promote the scientific and technological ethics consciousness of the participants in self-media communication, to promote their correct understanding of the nature of self-media technical activities, and to make the self-media communication activities develop in the direction of ethical norms. This paper draws lessons from the philosophy of technology, the ethics of science and technology, Since the media communication and other research results, the use of literature method, interdisciplinary analysis, theory combined with practice and other research methods, This paper probes into the cultivation of scientific and technological ethics consciousness in self-media communication. The scientific and technological ethics consciousness in self-media communication is the correct cognition of self-media participants' formation of the ethical problems contained in self-media technical activities. And form a good sense of social responsibility and value orientation. The ethical consciousness of science and technology has the characteristics of dependence, popularity and foresight, which plays an important role in the cultivation of scientific and technological ethics consciousness in self-media communication. It is helpful to critically reflect on the practical activities of self-media technology and guide the development of self-media technology in the direction of "how to". Secondly, to supervise and regulate the ethical problems caused by self-media communication. Third, To promote the improvement and development of self-media communication activities. In the process of self-media communication, there exists the ethical and moral anomie of communication subjects, the irrational participation of the audience in communication activities, and the imperfect regulatory system of self-media science and technology. Science and technology education model is not perfect, this will lead to the emergence of science and technology ethics problems in the media communication, the reasons for the emergence of science and technology ethics problems in the media communication process, The subjective aspect includes the lack of the scientific and technological ethics consciousness of the media participants, including the media communication subject and the communication audience, while the objective aspect includes the self-media science and technology supervision. The scientific and technological education system needs to be perfected urgently. The aim of this paper is to deal with the phenomenon of science and technology ethics in the self-media communication and to promote the cultivation of the scientific and technological ethics consciousness of the participants in the self-media communication. After defining the meaning and goal of the scientific and technological ethics consciousness in the media communication, the author promotes the scientific and technological ethical literacy of the participants in the media communication from the following five aspects: humanism, risk awareness, responsibility consciousness, fairness consciousness and honesty consciousness. The way and method of forming scientific and technological ethics consciousness from four aspects of educational reform, system construction, technical supervision and public opinion.
