交互规则创新在蛋糕定制APP设计中的应用研究

【摘要】:随着信息技术的不断进步,交互设计已成为诸多学者与设计师的研究热点,各种交互产品也越来越多。交互设计的本质是在人与产品、系统或服务之间创建一系列交互规则。在重视“互联网思维”、强调“用户体验”的时代,面对越来越复杂的产品和服务系统,交互规则的构建与改进亦显得越来越重要。进行合理的交互规则构建不仅能够帮助用户理解复杂,保证交互产品有序、规范的实现产品系统功能,更能提升产品的可用性。因此,交互规则作为有效的分析工具和创新工具,不仅可以对现有交互产品进行规则分析,准确寻找到产品的痛点或痒点,还可以满足用户的高层次需求,提升整体用户体验。本课题研究主要分为理论研究、蛋糕订购APP交互规则案例分析以及交互规则设计实践三个部分。在理论研究中,首先,通过对规则理论的研究,厘清规则的定义、内涵、样态、特点、作用、分类等基础理论问题,并提出规则创新的主要路径,为规则理论在交互规则创新中的应用打好理论基础;其次,在交互规则创新理论的研究中,重点厘清了交互规则的层级和作用,并提出了交互规则创新的设计策略和流程,为交互规则分析和创新提供了应用理论指导。在案例分析中,首先,选择使用人群较多、操作行为过程复杂程度相对适中的蛋糕订购APP作为载体,通过用户调研,选择满意度较高的诺心蛋糕APP作为分析对象,分析诺心蛋糕APP的各层级交互规则及其类型;其次,通过选择高优先级交互规则进行针对性调研和分析,总结诺心蛋糕APP交互规则存在的问题,并提出交互规则创新设计定位。在设计实践中,首先,按照交互规则的层级依次完成蛋糕定制APP的交互规则创新设计;其次,通过形成性测试对设计方案进行评价,依据发现的可用性问题进行迭代设计改良;第三,通过总结性测试,验证了迭代后的蛋糕定制APP较迭代前在可用性上有了提升,并且与诺心蛋糕APP相比,在操作绩效和满意度上均有明显提升。本课题的研究拓展了规则理论研究和应用研究的维度,推动了交互规则创新理论的发展,并对蛋糕定制APP设计具有现实的指导意义和应用价值。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of information technology, interactive design has become a hot research topic for many scholars and designers, and more and more interactive products. The essence of interactive design lies in people and products. Create a set of interaction rules between systems or services. In an era of emphasis on "Internet thinking" and "user experience," they face increasingly complex product and service systems. The construction and improvement of interaction rules is becoming more and more important. To construct reasonable interaction rules can not only help users understand complexity, guarantee the order of interactive products, but also realize the function of product system. Therefore, as an effective analytical tool and innovative tool, interaction rules can not only analyze the rules of existing interactive products, but also find the pain point or itch point of the product accurately. This research can be divided into three parts: theoretical research, cake ordering APP interaction rules case analysis and interaction rules design practice. Through the study of the rule theory, this paper clarifies the basic theoretical problems such as the definition, connotation, appearance, characteristics, function and classification of the rule, and puts forward the main path of the rule innovation, which lays a good theoretical foundation for the application of the rule theory in the interaction rule innovation. Secondly, in the research of interaction rule innovation theory, the level and function of interaction rule are clarified, and the design strategy and process of interaction rule innovation are put forward. In the case analysis, first of all, we choose the cake ordering APP, which has more people and more complex operation process, as the carrier, and through the user investigation, we choose the cake order APP as the carrier of the interaction rule analysis and innovation. The high satisfaction APP is chosen as the analysis object to analyze the interaction rules and their types of each level of the Noxin cake APP. Secondly, through selecting the high priority interaction rules to conduct targeted research and analysis, This paper summarizes the problems existing in the interaction rules of APP, and puts forward the innovative design orientation of interaction rules. In the design practice, firstly, according to the level of interaction rules, the interaction rules innovation design of customized APP cake is completed; secondly, The design scheme is evaluated by formative test, and the iterative design is improved according to the usability problems found. Thirdly, through the summation test, it is verified that the iterative cake custom APP has improved the usability compared with the pre-iteration. And compared with Noxin Cake APP, the operation performance and satisfaction are improved obviously. The research of this topic expands the dimension of rule theory research and application research, and promotes the development of interaction rule innovation theory. And it has practical guiding significance and application value for cake custom APP design.
