温度场作用下固体表面润湿性能研究

【摘要】:表面润湿性是固体表面的基本特性之一,它对材料表面润滑、微重力制造等领域具有重要作用。固体表面润湿性除了受表面的参数如表面基团、表面织构的影响,外场如温度场、电场等作用也会改变其润湿性能。本文设计制作了带环境、温度控制的接触角测量仪,并基于接触角测量仪研究温度场作用下液滴在亲水和疏水固体表面的浸润行为。首先,本文介绍了表面效应的基本概念,例如表面自由能等,随后介绍了杨氏方程、接触角相关的知识以及它们的关系与应用,同时,介绍了温度变化对润湿性影响的最新研究现状。其次,总结了常见的固体表面接触角的测量方法、理论和其发展趋势,包括直接测量法、间接力法以及形状分析处理方法,为温度控制接触角测量仪的设计提供基础知识支持。然后,利用光学测量与形状分析法相结合的方法,设计和制作了一台带环境、温度的接触角测量仪器,并运用Matlab图像处理模块中的图像优化命令,使用Prewitt边缘提取算子实现对三相接触线图像轮廓提取,进而运用拟合计算公式,求出静态接触角值。最后,选取和制备了光滑纳钙玻璃、光滑单晶硅片、光滑PDMS膜、PDMS微柱阵列膜等四种固体表面,利用上述接触角测量仪,测量了温度场下,水滴在几种固体表面的静态接触角,对比研究了水滴在不同表面的静态接触角随温度的变化规律。研究结果表明,纳钙玻璃亲水性表面上的水滴静态接触角随着温度的增大而减小,光滑单晶硅片表面、光滑PDMS膜表面和PDMS膜微柱阵列三种疏水表面上的水滴静态接触角随着温度的增加而增大,但变化的幅度都不大。
[Abstract]:The surface wettability is one of the basic characteristics of the solid surface on the surface of the material, it plays an important role in microgravity lubrication, manufacturing and other fields. In addition to the wettability of solid surface by surface parameters such as surface groups, effects of surface texture, such as temperature field, electric field effects can change the wettability. This paper design environment the temperature control, the contact angle measuring instrument, and based on the effect of contact angle measurement of temperature field of droplets on the wetting behavior of hydrophilic and hydrophobic solid surfaces. Firstly, this paper introduces the basic concept of surface effects, such as surface free energy, then introduces the Young's equation, the contact angle of related knowledge and their relationship. With the application, at the same time, the latest research introduces the effect of temperature on the wettability. Secondly, summarizes the common measurement methods of solid surface contact angle, the theory and the development trend of package The direct measurement method, processing method, analysis method and the shape of indirect force, to provide the basis support for the design of the temperature control contact angle measuring instrument. Then, using the combination of optical measurement and shape analysis method, the design and fabrication of a temperature environment, contact angle measuring instrument, and the use of Matlab image processing image to optimize the command module, using Prewitt edge extraction operator to achieve the extraction of the three-phase contact line contour, and then use the fitting formula, calculate the static contact angle values. Finally, the selection and preparation of sodium calcium glass smooth, smooth silicon, smooth PDMS film, four kinds of solid surface PDMS micro column array film. The contact angle measuring instrument, measuring temperature, water droplets in the static contact angle of several solid surfaces, a comparative study of the water droplets in the static contact angle changes with different surface temperature. Results The results show that sodium calcium glass hydrophilic surface water droplets on the static contact angle decreases with the increase of temperature, the smooth silicon surface, smooth PDMS film and PDMS film surface micro column array of three hydrophobic surface water droplets on the static contact angle with the temperature increasing, but the magnitude of change is not large.
