便携式寒富苹果品质快速无损检测系统设计

【摘要】:水果的品质检测目前还停留在传统的化学方法上,过程繁琐,耗时费力。本研究来源于寒富苹果内部品质快速无损检测系统的研究与开发项目(沈阳市科技攻关项目F11-123-3-00)。本试验以ARM11处理器为核心,以卤素灯光源和USB2000+可见/近红外光谱仪为光谱检测平台,在ARM11内嵌的WinCE6.0系统上,采用VS2005编程工具,设计出人性化的软件系统,将寒富苹果的糖度值输出到LCD触摸屏上。以寒富苹果样本作为研究的对象,采取二阶微分、多元散射校正、平滑等方法对光谱进行预处理,选取485.01-900.71nm共1231个波长点建立寒富苹果糖度的偏最小二乘数学模型。实现了寒富苹果品质快速检测。具体研究内容及取得的主要成果如下:(1)阐述了本课题研究的背景及其意义,分析了国内外研究现状。阐明了便携式无损检测开发的现实意义,确定了本研究基于近红外光谱检测技术和嵌入式技术进行便携式无损检测系统设计开发的研究技术路线与方案。(2)分析了无损检测系统软、硬件设计基础理论。在对比分析ARM11处理器与S3C6410的处理器的特性的基础上,确定了近红外光谱技术的分析检测流程和化学计量学中对光谱原始数据的预处理方法和偏最小二乘建模方法,提出了对建立的模型进行评价的数学指标。介绍了 WinCE6.0的结构和特点,分析了 WinCE6.0的构成,包括硬件层、OEM层、操作系统层和应用层。并对几种常见的操作系统的优劣进行了对比,最终选择微软公司的WinCE6.0系统做为ARM11的操作系统。(3)设计了便携式无损检测的硬件系统。通过对比研究各部件的参数,确定了硬件系统的基本构成,硬件系统主要有USB2000+可见/近红外光谱仪、嵌入式处理控制单元、卤素灯光源、电源,光纤探头等构成。其中ARM嵌入式处理控制单元主要完成数据的处理和人机交互,光谱仪用来对苹果的光谱反射率信息进行采集,电源为ARM11处理器、散热器和光源供电。根据各个部件的尺寸和功能需求设计了整个机体的外壳部分。并设计了便携式农产品检测电源系统。实现了硬件设备的小型化、便携化。(4)设计了便携式无损检测的软件系统,在ARM11内嵌的WinCE6.0系统上,采用VS2005编程工具,设计出人性化的软件系统,对光谱仪参数进行设置、采集暗光谱、去除暗光谱、存储参考光谱、采集和保存苹果样品光谱数据,并与事先载入的糖度模型进行运算,并在屏幕上显示出检测结果,实现了检测结果的即时化显示。(5)寒富苹果的糖度无损检测数学模型的建立与试验分析。采取二阶微分、多元散射校正、平滑等方法对光谱进行预处理,选取485.01-900.71nm共1231个波长点建立寒富苹果糖度的偏最小二乘数学模型。预测模型决定系数R2=0.9852。并选取100个寒富苹果进行了试验验证,表明该系统能很好地满足寒富苹果糖度的无损检测要求,为寒富苹果产中和产后的品质管理提供数据支撑。此外该系统,可以将经过试验研究得到的不同品种的果蔬糖度、酸度、色度(L*,A*,B*)模型导入该检测系统,实现不同品种果蔬多品质参数的同时检测。
[Abstract]:The quality detection of fruit is still stuck in the traditional chemical method, the process cumbersome, time-consuming and laborious. Based on comparative analysis of characteristics of ARM11 processor and S3C6410 processor on the analysis to determine the testing process and stoichiometry of near infrared spectroscopy in the spectral data preprocessing method and partial least squares modeling method, puts forward a mathematical evaluation index to establish the model.
