云南技师学院网上财务服务系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：财务服务工作事关学校财政的收入与支出,由于其敏感性较强,一直是各大企事业单位工作中的重点,对于高等院校也不例外。云南技师学院历年来对财务服务工作高度重视,对于财务工作中牵涉到的各项业务支出进行明确的规定与审核,确保学校的财政状况处于健康运行状态。在当今学校单位日常办公信息化的今天,财务服务工作在线化成为大趋势,云南技师学院原有的财务处理机制已经不符合要求。因此该校决定进行网上财务服务系统的研发。在云南技师学院网上财务服务系统的研发工作中,采用了 MVC设计模式、SSH框架等技术手段。根据B/S架构的核心思想,业务处理集中在服务器端进行;而MVC设计模式以分层为基本理念,在实现各组件分离、降低组件之间耦合性的基础之上,进行系统的分层,并采用SSH框架作为本系统的框架技术。数据库层面采用Oraclellg,有效增强系统数据的安全性与稳定性。云南技师学院网上财务服务系统实现了网上报账管理、薪酬发放管理、网上银行收费管理、财务查询等主要业务。其中网上报账管理功能实现了日常报销管理、差旅费管理以及借款业务管理等子功能;薪酬发放管理实现了学生酬金发放管理、校内人员其他工薪收入管理等子功能;网上银行收费管理功能实现了网上缴费、互联管理等子功能;财务查询实现了教工工资查询、教工个人所得税查询、教工其他收入明细查询、教工个人往来款查询以及教工个人项目余额查询几个方面。关于本系统的研发工作,在充分考虑网上财务处理机制特点的基础之上,与云南技师学院的日常工作流程进行了结合。在对网上报账管理基础业务详细分析并具体实现的基础之上,对具体的薪酬发放层面进行了分析与功能的角色明确。通过上述工作,对教职工学生等学校人员的报销工作流程进行了简化,提升了相关业务处理的效率;并在此基础上对学校的各项财务支出转入进行了规范,确保了学校财政收支的合理性与安全性。综上所述,本系统的研发全面系统提升了云南技师学院网上财务服务工作的规范性和质量,业务处理效率得到进一步保证。
