电子病历系统EMR开发与实现

【摘要】:电子病历的英文名称为Electronic Medical Record简称EMR,也称为计算机化的病历或计算机的病人诊疗记录,取代了传统的手写纸张病历,使用电子信息化设备记录和管理病人的医疗档案信息[1]。医院想要提高整体服务质量,在提高硬件基础设施和医疗服务水平的同时也要加强发展信息化建设。加速发展医院内的电子病历信息化水平,是医疗行业提高整体服务质量的必然趋势。目前,我国医疗卫生部门大力推行信息化,采取各种行动推动电子病历系统的发展。电子病历在国外的发展已经日趋成熟。在我国已经有越来越多的从业者也开始认识到电子病历的重要性。电子病历系统(EMR)的设计与开发首先要对电子病历的基本定义进行分析,其次需要对基本开发工具进行熟悉,明确开发电子病历的总体开发构架,针对具体的业务流程进行详细的设计。本文设计的电子病历系统采用的常见的B/S构架,客户机界面使用CSP+JavaScript技术来实现。B/S架构是通过浏览器直接访问服务端的模式不需要使用专门的应用程序。采用B/S架构是未来的发展趋势,不需要做任何的安装步骤即用即走,并且该模式可以与Internet网无缝结合,甚至直接部署在Internet网上。当程序更新或者升级时不需要对每个客户端进行升级,直接更新服务端程序即可体现到程序上。数据库使用Caché2016,它提供了快速的查询速度和大规模处理数据的能力,并且能二十四小时不间断的保障大型系统的稳定运行。
[Abstract]:The English name of electronic medical record is Electronic Medical Record, which is also called computerized medical record or computerized patient diagnosis and treatment record. It replaces the traditional handwritten paper medical record and uses electronic information equipment to record and manage the patient's medical file information [1].Hospitals want to improve the overall service quality, while improving the level of hardware infrastructure and medical services, but also to strengthen the development of information construction.It is an inevitable trend for the medical profession to improve the overall service quality by speeding up the development of electronic medical records information level in hospitals.At present, China's medical and health departments vigorously promote information, take various actions to promote the development of electronic medical records system.The development of electronic medical records in foreign countries has become increasingly mature.In China, more and more practitioners have begun to realize the importance of electronic medical records.The design and development of EMR (Electronic Medical record system) is based on the analysis of the basic definition of EMR, the familiarity with the basic development tools, and a clear understanding of the overall development framework of EMR.Detailed design for specific business processes.The common B / S architecture used in the electronic medical record system is designed in this paper. The client interface uses CSP JavaScript technology to realize the. B / S architecture. The mode of accessing the server directly through the browser does not need special application program.The adoption of B / S architecture is the trend in the future. It does not need to do any installation steps, and it can be seamlessly integrated with Internet network, even deployed directly on Internet network.When the program is updated or upgraded, each client does not need to be updated, directly update the server program can be reflected in the program.The database uses Cach 茅 2016, which provides fast query speed and the ability to process data on a large scale, and can guarantee stable operation of large systems for 24 hours without interruption.
