老年社区服务系统的信息交互机制研究

【摘要】:本文研究了基于老年社区服务系统的大数据平台信息交互机制的研究与应用。首先,本论文以态势感知与决策机制系统为锲入点推导基于大数据的信息云平台的构建,从人机交互的角度建立行为——信息——感知——决策之间的关系。并以此构建理论模型,提出老年社区服务流程的创新法则。其次通过平台实体模型构建与交互界面设计的可用性评估,从实践层面为社区服务平台的构建以及相关老年人产品的研发设计提供参考依据。第一部分为绪论,主要阐述了老年社区服务系统问题与研究背景,回顾和梳理相关的文献资料,并提出了本研究思路方法和意义。第二部分是对信息交互与老年社区服务模式的分析以及服务设计相关概念的梳理和探讨。在理论上结合服务设计与大数据等方面的理论,对老年社区服务的范围、模式进行了界定,依据服务设计法则进行划分,总结了老年社区服务的特点。第三部分主要通过对用户行为、心理的研究,从老年人行为惯常探究老年人的用户需求,并在此基础上对典型案例进行分析,提出老年人社区服务平台交互机制模型。第四部分是通过服务设计方法对用户模型、信息交互模型进行理论层面的构建以及信息交互平台虚拟流程的设计法则概括。最后,第五部分依据社区服务平台的势态感知和决策机制的信息交互研究构建老年人社区服务平台,进行实际项目的设计实践,运用理论与实践相结合的方法分析了大数据社区服务平台的构建要素,提出了实验性的设计方案并进行用户评估。第六部分是对全文的归纳与总结。课题的研究利用大数据信息云存储的方法开创老年人社区服务新模式。目前国内暂无针对该领域的专门研究成果。然而随着时代的进步,越来越多的设计实践及研究将补充本研究理论成果,本文将对此进行进一步探索和完善。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the research and application of information interaction mechanism of big data platform based on community service system for the elderly.First of all, this paper deduces the construction of information cloud platform based on big data with situational awareness and decision-making mechanism system as the entry point, and establishes the relationship between behavior, information, perception and decision-making from the point of view of human-computer interaction.Based on this model, the paper puts forward the innovative rules of community service process for the elderly.Secondly, through the platform entity model construction and the interaction interface design usability evaluation, from the practical aspect provides the reference basis for the community service platform construction and the related senior citizen product research and development design.The first part is the introduction, mainly elaborated the elderly community service system question and the research background, reviewed and combed the related literature material, and proposed this research thought method and the significance.The second part is the analysis of information interaction and elderly community service model, as well as the related concepts of service design.Based on the theory of service design and big data, this paper defines the scope and mode of community service for the elderly, classifies it according to the principle of service design, and summarizes the characteristics of community service for the elderly.The third part mainly through the user behavior, the psychology research, from the elderly behavior habitual inquiry old person's user demand, and on this basis carries on the analysis to the typical case, proposed the elderly community service platform interaction mechanism model.The fourth part is to construct the user model, the information interaction model and the design rule of the virtual process of the information exchange platform through the service design method.Finally, the fifth part constructs the elderly community service platform according to the situation perception and the decision-making mechanism information interaction research of the community service platform, carries on the actual project design practice.This paper analyzes the construction elements of big data community service platform by combining theory and practice, and puts forward an experimental design scheme and user evaluation.The sixth part is the induction and summary of the full text.The research uses big data information cloud storage method to create a new mode of community service for the elderly.At present, there are no special research achievements in this field in China.However, with the progress of the times, more and more design practices and research will supplement the theoretical results of this study, this paper will further explore and improve this.
