光流法在流场测量显示技术中的研究

【摘要】:光流法已广泛应用于计算机视觉和图像检测领域。光流法涉及到图像处理、人工智能和模式识别等学科,是当今图像检测领域的研究热点之一,其成果已逐步推广应用到航天、军事、工业、医学等行业。本文围绕基于光流法的流场测量显示技术展开以下研究:(1)针对现有HS光流法的控制参数不能随计算结果进行自优化,故,本文将衡量光流精度的参数作为反馈控制参数,作用于计算过程,同时将光流值插值回图片进行多次迭代来提高估计精度。(2)针对光流出现的大位移问题,提出小波多分辨率分层细化处理方法,使得光流计算结果更加精确。实验结果表明:改进后的光流算法较传统HS算法具有更高的准确性。(3)开展基于光流法的流动显示实验研究。第一个是对机翼表面摩擦力线提取实验,通过实验显示分析得到本文的光流算法可以显示空气流过机翼表面所产生的摩擦力线;第二个为两种运动图像速度场提取实验,通过分析采集到的风洞背景纹影实验数据,验证了本文算法可以显示气流的流动过程。(4)开展光流法在流场测量工程实践中研究即对复杂流动结构进行定量实验研究。经过试验研究可以定量显示空腔高速流动产生的波/涡/剪切层的位置、强弱,极其相互作用关系。本文算法对复杂流动结构的定量测量具有一定的意义。
[Abstract]:Optical flow method has been widely used in computer vision and image detection. Optical flow method is one of the research hotspots in the field of image detection, which involves image processing, artificial intelligence and pattern recognition. Its achievements have been gradually applied to aerospace, military, industrial, medical and other industries. In this paper, the following research is carried out around the flow field measurement and display technology based on optical flow method: 1) since the control parameters of the existing HS optical flow method cannot be self-optimized with the calculation results, the parameters measuring the optical flow accuracy are taken as the feedback control parameters in this paper. In order to solve the problem of large displacement of optical flow, a wavelet multi-resolution hierarchical thinning method is proposed, which makes the calculation result of optical flow more accurate. The experimental results show that the improved optical flow algorithm has higher accuracy than the traditional HS algorithm. The first is the experiment of extracting the friction line of the wing surface, the optical flow algorithm of this paper can show the friction line produced by the air flowing through the wing surface, the second is the velocity field extraction experiment of two kinds of moving images. By analyzing the collected background schlieren data of wind tunnel, it is verified that the proposed algorithm can show the flow process of airflow. 4) the optical flow method is studied in the engineering practice of flow field measurement, that is, the quantitative experimental study on complex flow structure is carried out. The position, strength and interaction of the wave / vortex / shear layer produced by the high velocity flow in the cavity can be quantitatively demonstrated by the experimental study. This algorithm has certain significance for quantitative measurement of complex flow structures.
