南水北调配套水利工程动态管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:南水北调工程作为举国工程之一,具有覆盖范围大、人力物力投入多、业务层次复杂等多方面特点,由于南水北调的相关配套水利配套工程数量众多,其具体的管理统筹工作一直是我国水利相关部门日常工作的业务重点。由于以往各种条件的限制,相关工作的管理并不能够做到高效处理,对于各个地区之间的工作不能做到良好的统筹规划,在整体把控能力层面存在欠缺。基于上述现状,进行了南水北调配套水利工程动态管理系统的研发。南水北调配套水利工程动态管理系统的技术研发工作,采用了 B/S架构、MVC设计模式、SSH框架、Oracle11g数据库等常用技术。其中B/S架构以三层架构思想为核心,在提升适应使用环境能力的基础上,采用MVC设计模式对其进行分层,并采用SSH框架来对划分的数据持久、前台交互、业务处理等技术层面进行负责。这种框架将Hibernate、Struts、Spring等框架进行了整合。在南水北调配套水利工程动态数据的维护中,选择Oracle11g数据库,提高南水北调配套水利工程动态数据的稳定性及安全性。南水北调配套水利工程动态管理系统实现了项目准备与招标、项目进程管理、项目审核竣工、系统管理等主要功能。项目准备与招标实现了项目入库、项目基本信息、前期工作、项目招标、单位及人员情况管理等子功能;项目进程管理实现了进度管理、计划和资金管理、质量管理、安全管理等子功能;项目审核竣工实现了检查审计管理和验收竣工管理等子功能;系统管理实现了单位信息管理、通知公告管理、图文管理等子功能。南水北调配套水利工程动态管理系统的研发工作,充分考虑到该工程涉及范围广、配套工程数量多、处理机构复杂等多方面的特点,通过对其具体业务需求的详尽分析,对其中包含的各项环节进行了具体的实现。并对水利部门业务机构特点充分了解的基础上,明确了各角色的具体职责,从而从多方面提升了南水北调配套水利工程管理工作的质量,增强了相关部门的统筹能力,各地区各部门之间的工作得到进一步的协调。
[Abstract]:As one of the national projects, the South-to-North Water transfer Project has many characteristics, such as large coverage, more manpower and material resources, complex business levels, etc., due to the large number of supporting water conservancy projects related to the South-to-North Water transfer Project, Its concrete management overall planning work has been our country water conservancy related department daily work the business emphases. Because of the limitation of various conditions in the past, the management of related work can not be handled efficiently, and the work between regions can not be planned as a whole, and there is a deficiency in the overall control ability level. Based on the above situation, the dynamic management system of South-to-North Water transfer Project is developed. In the research and development of the dynamic management system of water conservancy project of South-to-North Water transfer Project, some common technologies, such as B / S structure, MVC design pattern, SSH framework and Oracle 11g database, are adopted. The B / S architecture is based on the three-tier architecture idea. On the basis of improving the ability to adapt to the environment, the B / S architecture is layered with MVC design pattern, and the SSH framework is used to persist the partitioned data and interact with the foreground. Business processing and other technical level responsible. This framework integrates frameworks such as hibernate and Struts Spring. In the maintenance of dynamic data of South-to-North Water transfer Project, Oracle11g database is selected to improve the stability and security of the dynamic data of South-to-North Water transfer Project. The dynamic management system of South-to-North Water transfer Project realizes the main functions of project preparation and bidding, project process management, project audit and completion, system management and so on. Project preparation and bidding realize the sub-functions of project storage, project basic information, preliminary work, project bidding, unit and personnel situation management, project process management, progress management, planning and fund management, quality management, etc. The sub-functions of safety management, audit management and acceptance management are realized. The system management realizes the sub-functions of unit information management, notice management and graphic and text management. The R & D work of the dynamic management system for the supporting water conservancy project of the South-to-North Water transfer Project, taking into account the wide scope of the project, the large number of supporting projects, the complexity of the processing institutions, and so on, is analyzed in detail through the detailed analysis of its specific business requirements. The concrete realization of each link included in it has been carried out. On the basis of a full understanding of the characteristics of the water conservancy departments' business organizations, the specific responsibilities of the various roles are clarified, thereby enhancing the quality of the management of the supporting water conservancy projects of the South-to-North Water transfer Project in many ways and enhancing the overall planning capacity of the relevant departments. The work of various departments in various regions was further coordinated.
