高校招生录取管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:学生生源以及学生质量对于高校而言其重要性不言而喻,因此各高校对于招生工作都是特别重视的。要对招生信息进行有效管理才能保证学校后续学生管理工作的顺利进行。为此,需要建立一套有效的应用软件对招生信息进行持久性管理是非常有必要的,也能多学生数据在学校内部进行共享提供基础。随着信息化时代的到来,企事业单位使用应用软件实现信息化办公已经成为一种常态,在高校中对于新生录取报到管理更需要通过一套软件来进行管理,为此,各学校通过不同方式进行开发招生录取管理系统。本文研究的招生管理系统是在九江职业技术学院多年来对招生管理存在的弊端以及所积累的经验基础上进行研究和开发的。通过对其他高校和单位的调研发现,开发招生系统时存在一定的差异,有的高校是使用纯C/S架构进行开发,有的高校为了使用的便利性选择了B/S架构进行开发。对于不同架构的开发都有一定的特点,经过对本校实际情况的研究后确定本文开发的招生系统选择基于B/S和C/S的混合模式来开发。系统开发主要承担的工作和具体解决的问题表现在以下几个方面。(1)选择了适应本校中心机房配置要求的ASP.NET环境进行开发,并在服务器中安装SQL Server 2008R2作为数据库管理软件实现数据存储和交换。(2)在开发中首先选择了PowerDesign作为系统建模工具对系统进行全面的分析和设计的建模,完成系统中用例设计、业务流程设计以及数据设计等。(3)通过开发软件编程完成业务功能,主要实现了对招生系统中学生基础数据管理、班级设置基础管理、招生录取、新生报到登记、录取业务管理以及招生信息查询的相关业务的具体实现。建立学校招生管理系统后方便了学生录取工作以及新生到校注册报到和新班分配等业务操作,较好的解决了因招生人数过多而影响学生入学。同时通过招生管理平台彻底解决了学生信息的共享以及学生信息化管理。通过基于B/S和C/S等混合模式提交了招生录取工作的效率。
[Abstract]:The importance of student resources and student quality is self-evident, so colleges and universities pay special attention to enrollment work. It is necessary to manage the enrollment information effectively in order to ensure the smooth progress of the school's subsequent student management. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a set of effective application software for the persistent management of enrollment information, and it is also necessary to share more students' data within the school. With the arrival of the information age, it has become a normal practice for enterprises and institutions to use the application software to realize the information office. In colleges and universities, a set of software is needed to manage the admission management of freshmen. Each school through different ways to develop admission management system. The enrollment management system studied in this paper is based on the shortcomings and accumulated experience of the enrollment management in Jiujiang Vocational and Technical College for many years. Through the investigation of other universities and units, it is found that there are some differences in the development of enrollment system. Some colleges and universities use pure C / S architecture to develop, some colleges and universities choose the B / S architecture to develop for the convenience of using. The development of different architectures has some characteristics. After studying the actual situation of our school, it is determined that the enrollment system developed in this paper is based on the mixed mode of B / S and C / S. The main work of the system development and the specific problems to be solved are as follows: 1) the ASP.NET environment adapted to the configuration requirements of the central computer room of our school is selected for development. And install SQL Server 2008R2 in the server as database management software to realize data storage and exchange. In the development, we choose PowerDesign as the modeling tool to analyze and design the system, and finish the design of the use case in the system. Business process design and data design, etc.) through the development of software programming to complete the business functions, mainly to achieve the enrollment system students basic data management, class setting basic management, enrollment, enrollment, registration, Admission business management and enrollment information inquiry related to the implementation of the business. After the establishment of the school enrollment management system, it is convenient for the students to enroll, to register and report to the new class, and so on, and to solve the problem that the students are affected by the excessive number of students. At the same time, student information sharing and student information management are solved through enrollment management platform. The efficiency of enrollment is submitted based on the mixed mode of B / S and C / S.
