高职院校机械制造类微课程建设研究

【摘要】:高等职业院校是职业教育人才培养与技能学习的主要场所,随着互联网行业的蓬勃发展,学生的学习方式也迈入了微型学习。而微课的发展正改变着职业教育的教学形式与效果,但目前的研究大多停留在对其理念及普识性课程建设的阐释,而高职院校机械制造类微课程的建设上,具备成系列、完整性的微乎其微。因此,本文从机械制造类微课程设计、开发流程、微视频制作、教辅资源建设与应用等方面展开研究,结合数控技术专业的《数控车编程与加工》微课程开发与应用实例,进而阐释建设成系列化的且可支持翻转、混合、移动、碎片化学习交互活动的数字化学习微课程资源建设方法与应用方式。首先,采用文献研究法分析国内外微课程建设的现状,指出了高职学院机械制造类微课程建设与应用存在的问题。在此基础上,提出了本课题研究的主要内容和方法以及研究的意义。其次,结合数控技术专业的《数控车编程与加工》微课程建设与应用存在的实际问题进行分析,构建了开发框架体系,选取了课程的一个微课开发典型案例,对其微视频及辅助的数字化学习资源等制作过程进行剖析,并提炼了微课程开发流程与原则。接着,以《数控车编程与加工》微课程为例,通过对应用效果分析,从学生应用反馈、微课程推广应用二个方面,分析了微课程的应用效果,验证了微课程应用方式的有效性。最后,得出了三点结论:本微课程建设研究体现了恰当的教学设计理念,其开发流程与原则实用。微课的设计要做到聚焦点小,知识与技能点微视频要富有趣味性、可视化效果,传播方式要灵活。微课程的应用效果明显,能为高职院校机械制造类微课程建设提供借鉴与示范作用。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational colleges are the main places for vocational education talents training and skill learning. With the rapid development of the Internet industry, students' learning style has also stepped into micro-learning. The development of micro-courses is changing the teaching form and effect of vocational education, but most of the current studies remain on the explanation of its concept and the construction of general courses. The construction of micro-courses of mechanical manufacturing in higher vocational colleges is of series. The integrity is minimal. Therefore, this paper studies the design, development process, microvideo production, construction and application of teaching auxiliary resources, and combines the development and application of "NC vehicle programming and Machining" in the field of numerical control technology. Then it explains the construction methods and application methods of digital learning micro-curriculum resources which can be serialized and can support flipping, mixing, moving and fragmenting interactive learning activities. Firstly, the present situation of microcurriculum construction at home and abroad is analyzed by the method of literature research, and the problems existing in the construction and application of microcurriculum of mechanical manufacturing in higher vocational colleges are pointed out. On this basis, the main contents and methods of this research and the significance of the research are put forward. Secondly, combining with the practical problems in the construction and application of the "NC vehicle programming and Machining" microcourse, the development framework system is constructed, and a typical case of micro-course development of the course is selected. The process of making micro video and digital learning resources is analyzed, and the developing process and principle of micro course are refined. Then, taking the micro-course "NC programming and Machining" as an example, through the analysis of the application effect, this paper analyzes the application effect of the micro-course from the aspects of students' application feedback and the popularization and application of the micro-course, and verifies the validity of the application mode of the micro-course. Finally, three conclusions are drawn: the research of micro curriculum construction embodies the proper teaching design idea, and its development process and principle are practical. The design of microcourse should be small focus, knowledge and skill point microvideo should be interesting, visual effect, communication mode should be flexible. The application effect of microcourse is obvious and can provide reference and demonstration for the construction of mechanical manufacturing microcourse in higher vocational colleges.
