基于CAPE-OPEN的精馏过程模拟研究

【摘要】:精馏在化工生产中是一个非常复杂的混合物分离过程。随着计算机的广泛应用,化工流程模拟软件在化工中的应用也越来越多,尤其是对精馏过程的模拟。化工工艺开发人员可以直接在计算机上对精馏塔的操作条件进行调节,使其达到最优的生产条件,并将其运用到生产实践中。常见的化工流程模拟软件有Aspen Plus,PROII,Hysys,ChemCAD等。由于精馏分离是化工生产过程的核心部分,精馏过程的模拟也成为了化工过程模拟研究的热点和难点。本文运用面向对象方法和Visual C++编程语言等在VS 2005软件开发环境下,开发了遵循CAPE-OPEN标准的精馏塔单元模块。经过构建精馏塔单元操作模块的稳态数学模型,研究了精馏塔各种不同的求解算法,并对模块的适用范围进行了探究。另外,还创建了精馏塔模块的GUI界面。获取精馏塔单元操作模块的用户界面上的操作参数以及进口参数后,在编译得到的动态链接库文件下便可以进行精馏过程的模拟计算。利用该精馏塔模块对乙苯-苯乙烯精馏塔、第二效蒸发精馏塔、气分装置烷基化原料塔进行精馏过程模拟计算。由模拟计算结果可知,塔顶、塔底温度以及出口流股的组成均与Aspen Plus结果基本一致,可以达到分离要求。所开发的精馏塔单元模块能够用于精馏过程的模拟计算,并能够在支持CAPE-OPEN的化工模拟软件中调用。经过实际精馏过程模拟计算验证后,证明所开发的精馏塔单元操作模块可用于极性和非极性物系的精馏分离。此外,在此基础上还可以增加设计规定、灵敏度分析等功能,使其能够更好地进行精馏过程的模拟计算。
[Abstract]:Distillation is a very complex mixture separation process in chemical production. With the wide application of computer, chemical process simulation software is used more and more in chemical industry, especially in distillation process simulation. The chemical process developers can adjust the operation conditions of distillation column directly on the computer, make it reach the optimal production condition, and apply it to the production practice. The common chemical process simulation software includes Aspen Plusl Pro II Hysys Chemical CAD and so on. Because distillation separation is the core part of chemical production process, the simulation of distillation process has become a hot and difficult point in chemical process simulation. In this paper, using object-oriented method and Visual C programming language in vs 2005 software development environment, the distillation column unit module which conforms to the CAPE-OPEN standard is developed. By constructing the steady mathematical model of the unit operation module of distillation column, the various algorithms for solving the distillation column are studied, and the applicable range of the module is explored. In addition, the GUI interface of the distillation tower module is also created. After obtaining the operation parameters on the user interface and the inlet parameters of the unit operation module of the distillation column, the simulation calculation of the distillation process can be carried out under the compiled dynamic link library file. The distillation process of ethylbenzene-styrene distillation tower, the second-effect evaporation distillation tower and the alkylation feedstock tower of the gas separation unit were simulated and calculated by this distillation tower module. From the simulation results, it can be seen that the composition of the tower top, bottom temperature and outlet flow stock are basically consistent with the Aspen Plus results, which can meet the requirements of separation. The unit module of distillation column developed can be used in the simulation calculation of distillation process and can be called in the chemical simulation software supporting CAPE-OPEN. After the simulation calculation and verification of the actual distillation process, it is proved that the unit operation module developed in the distillation column can be used for the distillation separation of polar and non-polar systems. In addition, the functions of design specification and sensitivity analysis can be added on the basis of this, so that the simulation calculation of distillation process can be better carried out.
