基于工作流的食品化妆品稽查办案系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着我国社会经济发展水平不断提高,近年来食品化妆品违法案件层出不穷,伴随而来的是稽查办案工作的日益复杂。传统的稽查办案方式,耗费时间长,浪费较多的人力和财力,已经不能满足当今社会发展的需求。为此,寻求一种新的稽查办案方式来代替传统的办案方式迫在眉睫。目前我国许多地区食品药品监督管理局都开始采用信息化办案方式来实现案件的规范化和网络化管理。然而,某些地区的基层监督管理局涉案单位点多、面广、分散不集中,稽查管理部门人员力量不足,办案设备落后,在一定程度上限制了稽查办案工作的深入展开。因此,建立一个高效、便利、运转协调的食品化妆品稽查办案系统是解决现有问题的关键。针对以上问题,本文设计了基于工作流的食品化妆品稽查办案系统。主要做了以下几个方面工作:(1)分析了系统的功能需求。通过对系统功能需求的分析,明确系统用户以及用户所对应的权限。采用UML的用例分析方式描述系统功能需求,并画出了系统功能用例图。(2)设计了基于工作流的业务流程。根据工作流的顺序、互斥选择等模式,对案件处理、处罚决定、处罚执行等一系列工作流业务流程进行了详细的设计。(3)设计了系统各功能模块。根据系统功能需求,将系统分为基本信息、案件处理、调查取证、处罚决定、处罚执行、结案归档和系统管理等七大功能模块。利用类图和时序图,从静态和动态不同侧面对各模块的功能进行详细设计。(4)设计了系统的数据库。从系统E-R图和数据表两方面对数据库进行设计,采用E-R图描述系统实体以及实体之间的关系,在E-R图设计的基础上,得出了所需的数据表,并对各数据表进行了定义和说明。(5)系统功能模块的实现与测试。在B/S构架MVC模式上实现了食品化妆品稽查办案系统,通过界面效果图以及程序代码描述了系统的功能实现。最后通过部分测试用例说明系统的功能测试,对系统设计、编码以及逻辑结构中的错误进行修正,保证了系统的实现达到了预期的要求。目前该系统已经在食品药品监督管理局内部试运行,经过一段时间的试用,系统运行平稳、提高了稽查办案效率、降低了办案成本。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and economy in our country, the illegal cases of food and cosmetics appear in endlessly in recent years, and the audit and handling work is becoming more and more complicated. The traditional audit and case handling method, which takes a long time and wastes more human and financial resources, can not meet the needs of social development. Therefore, it is urgent to seek a new way to deal with audit cases instead of the traditional one. At present, many areas of food and drug administration in China begin to use the information method to realize the standardization and network management of cases. However, in some areas, there are many units involved in the supervision and administration at the grass-roots level, which are wide, scattered and not centralized, the personnel of the inspection and management departments are insufficient and the equipment for handling cases is backward, which to a certain extent limits the further development of the work of auditing and handling cases. Therefore, establishing an efficient, convenient and coordinated food and cosmetics inspection and handling system is the key to solve the existing problems. In view of the above problems, this paper designs a food cosmetic audit case system based on workflow. Mainly do the following aspects of work: 1) analyze the functional requirements of the system. Through the analysis of the functional requirements of the system, the system users and their corresponding permissions are defined. Use case analysis (UML) is used to describe the functional requirements of the system, and the system function case diagram is drawn. (2) the workflow based business process is designed. According to the order of workflow, mutually exclusive selection and other modes, a series of workflow business processes, such as case handling, penalty decision, penalty execution, etc., are designed in detail. 3) each functional module of the system is designed. According to the system functional requirements, the system is divided into seven functional modules: basic information, case processing, investigation and evidence collection, punishment decision, punishment execution, closure and filing, and system management. By using class diagram and sequence diagram, the function of each module is designed in detail from static and dynamic aspects. (4) the database of the system is designed. The database is designed from two aspects of system E-R graph and data table. E-R graph is used to describe the relationship between system entities and entities. On the basis of E-R diagram design, the required data table is obtained. At the same time, the realization and test of the function module of each data table are given. The food and cosmetics inspection and handling system is implemented on the B / S MVC mode. The function of the system is described by the interface effect diagram and the program code. Finally, some test cases are used to illustrate the function test of the system, and the errors in the system design, coding and logic structure are corrected to ensure that the implementation of the system meets the expected requirements. At present, the system has been in trial operation in the Food and Drug Administration. After a period of trial, the system runs smoothly, improves the efficiency of checking and handling cases, and reduces the cost of handling cases.
