电力设计企业OA办公系统设计与实现

【摘要】:随着电力市场发展和信息化发展的越演越烈,传统的办公管理模式已经不能适应现在的发展,如果继续采用传统的纸质办公方式来处理日益增大的业务量和信息量,不仅效率低下,也是非常零散和浪费的,所以在各行各业都在倡导绿色环保的今天,需要建立一套适合本院的综合和集成化的智能办公自动化系统来代替传统的落后的文件处理模式。本文首先介绍了国内国外的OA发展动态和现状,不管是国内还是国外现在用B/S的模式开发设计OA系统已经成了首选,其优势是减少了软件更新的麻烦,也增加了协同办公能力。本文研究的OA系统,以B/S架构开发,界面使用标准XHTML设计,开发工具使用VS2008,使用SVN1.6管理软件,基于.NET的框架,语言采用C#,并以Oracle11g数据库系统存储数据。本文的研究重点是基于.NET平台的设计模式和分层架构。在分析了现状和研究方向后,论述了课题的目标,然后进行了需求分析,在功能性需求中主要采用的论述方式是用例图结合各功能模块的说明,在非功能性需求上,主要是从安全性,维护性,可靠性等方面进行论述,在系统的设计方案中,首先对系统设计进行了概要性的描述,包括系统的三层结构,各功能模块的时序图,数据库的设计等,其次较详细的论述了系统的详细设计和实现,根据各功能模块的流程图,来确定设计细节,参考已分析出设计细节,构建系统的解决方案,最后实现了基于ASP.NET平台构建的OA软件设计,详细的划分了系统的各功能模块,并在最终的测试中也通过了软件单元测试的要求,可以稳定的运行。本OA系统的功能包括院收文管理模块、院发文管理模块、内部行文模块、会议管理模块、院用车管理模块、借款、报销模块。目前这套系统在我公司的运行效果良好,真正的达到了无纸化的办公,提高了工作效率,改变了长期以来的老旧的办公模式。近期还针对在外办公和出差人员还开发了OA系统的移动端,实现了移动办公的需求。在接下来的工作中,我们会将越来越多的软件集成在这一平台上,通过权限的管理,让员工在办公过程中更加简单、方便。
[Abstract]:With the development of electric power market and the development of information, the traditional office management mode can not adapt to the current development. If we continue to use the traditional paper office method to deal with the increasing volume of business and information, Not only is it inefficient, but it is also very fragmented and wasteful. Therefore, in today's day when all kinds of industries are advocating green environmental protection, It is necessary to establish a comprehensive and integrated intelligent office automation system to replace the traditional backward document processing mode. This paper first introduces the development of OA both at home and abroad. Whether domestic or foreign, developing and designing OA system with B / S mode has become the first choice. Its advantage is to reduce the trouble of software update and increase the ability of cooperative office. The OA system studied in this paper is developed with B / S architecture, the interface is designed with standard XHTML, the development tool is VS2008, the management software is SVN1.6, the framework is based on .NET, the language is C#and the data is stored in Oracle 11g database system. This paper focuses on the design pattern and hierarchical architecture based on. Net platform. After analyzing the present situation and the research direction, the paper discusses the goal of the subject, and then carries on the requirement analysis. In the functional requirement, the main discussion way is the use case diagram combined with the explanation of each function module, in the non-functional requirement, It is mainly discussed from the aspects of security, maintainability, reliability and so on. In the design scheme of the system, the design of the system is described briefly, including the three-layer structure of the system, the sequence diagram of each function module, and so on. The design of the database and so on. Secondly, the detailed design and implementation of the system are discussed in detail. According to the flow chart of each functional module, the design details are determined, and the design details are analyzed and the solution of the system is constructed. Finally, the OA software design based on ASP. Net platform is realized, and each function module of the system is divided in detail, and the software unit test requirement is also passed in the final test, which can run stably. The functions of the OA system include the management module of receiving documents, the management module of issuing documents, the module of internal writing, the module of meeting management, the module of vehicle management, the module of borrowing and reimbursement. At present, this system works well in our company. It really achieves paperless office, improves the working efficiency and changes the old office mode for a long time. Recently, the mobile end of OA system has been developed to meet the need of mobile office. In the following work, we will integrate more and more software on this platform, through the management of permissions, let employees in the office process more simple and convenient.
