九江市食品检测管理信息系统研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of food industry and the improvement of people's awareness of food safety, more and more attention has been paid to food safety in China. In the past few years, with the rapid development of food industry, food safety accidents have occurred from time to time, which has caused great adverse consequences in the society. However, the efficiency of the traditional manual random check is low, the food safety mechanism is not perfect and the punishment is low, which makes the domestic food safety problem become more and more serious. Many villages and towns even become the production and processing center of unsafe food. The safety supervision of food production should be strengthened to ensure that the agricultural products and food entering the market for trade and sale are in line with the food safety standards, and put forward higher requirements for the ability of food safety monitoring and detection in various cities. This paper firstly analyzes the business development of food safety inspection and monitoring management in Jiujiang city and the background of current research. At the same time, the research status of food safety detection and monitoring information management system at home and abroad is compared and analyzed. According to the current situation of the Food and Drug Administration of Jiujiang City, this paper combs the work flow of the Food Inspection and Inspection Center, and analyzes the main problems to be solved. This paper expounds the necessity and significance of designing and implementing information management system. Secondly, the research goal of the food safety inspection and monitoring information system in Jiujiang city is determined, the main business process involved in the system is analyzed in detail, and the business process is drawn. Thirdly, through the object-oriented software design method, using UML to describe the main business process of food safety inspection in Jiujiang City, through the detailed analysis of the system, the system word module, including protocol information management, is constructed. In the process of detailed design and implementation, several core sub-modules, such as sample management, food inspection management, inspection audit management, report information management, charge statistics management, basic data management, etc. The detailed data flow design of the sub-module is carried out by use case analysis and class diagram. Finally, the relational database of the system is designed in detail, the data table associated with each sub-module is given, and the relationship between the attributes of entities is analyzed. Based on the analysis and research of Jiujiang food inspection management information system, the basic framework of the system is preliminarily constructed, which lays a foundation for the further realization and deployment of the system. It provides a new practical method for the detection and control of food safety and quality.
