在全球化的背景下,最近十年,发明创造的过程有了翻天覆地的变化。这一变化不仅影响了工业企业的发展,也促使了大环境下个人、群体和组织的职业习惯改变。最终导致了全球市场的变革。在本文中,我们承认了对创新的基本前提的研究,这就是知识管理过程,旨在说明如何正确实施和运用这一现象,以确保中国高技术产业的创新能力,突出个人行为因素对促进这一联系的影响。我们从华为为摩洛哥主要电信运营商提供5G技术服务的一个重大项目中选取了一个案例,在该项目中,我们对目前在摩洛哥工作的员工进行了支持开放式问题的半结构化访谈.所收集的实证数据经过扎根理论方法对文本进行分析,能够为本研究的概念模型提取一个属性。通过对研究结果的分析,我们能够探索知识创造与知识共享过程和创新能力之间的关系,回答知识管理过程中哪些（KM）因素能使创新能力增强的问题。除了先前研究中已有的行为因素,如动机、信任、学习、协作、领导、相互帮助的意愿、对自身能力的信任外,研究结果还揭示了更多的因素,使科技企业的创新能力、上市认可度和工作欣赏度、变革的开放性,沟通技巧和归属感。本文提供了一个概念模型,展示了知识创造与知识共享过程以及创新能力之间的联系,但主...
