农村家风培育路径研究

【摘要】：家风是家庭成员在长期的家庭生活中逐渐形成并传延下去的价值观念、生活作风、行为规范、生活习惯等的总和。家风的传立已然不仅是家庭的事,而是一个系统工程。这个系统中家庭居于基础地位,是家风建设的基础力量。本文将研究对象立足于农村,采用文献分析法、历史研究法、跨学科交叉研究等方法,以农村家庭婚姻关系、代际关系、子女教育关系等现状为切入点,探索了农村家风建设过程中取得的成效。此外,本文还对农村家风建设过程中存在的各种问题进行了较为深层的分析并提出相应的对策,以期将农村家风建设工作落到实处,从而提高农村家庭的整体素质,助力农村精神文明建设。本文通过研究发现,农村家风传承过程中存在婚姻危机、孝老危机、子女教育危机等问题,对于如何更好的建设农村家风,本文提出了以下对策:首先,应该发挥家庭的基础作用,不断更新家庭教育观念、创建民主平等和谐的家庭环境、采取恰如其分的教育方式。其次,推动乡村地区优良家风建设,还应通过淳朴文明乡风的继承传播带动,农村基层组织也可通过开展村民喜闻乐见的活动,达到乡风民风反哺家风的效果。此外,随着家风建设日益社会化,需要家庭、学校、社区、政府通力合作,构建农村家风建设的联动体系:家庭教育与学校德育的联动、家庭自觉与政府引导的联动、家庭教育与社区教育的联动。在农村传承好的家风有重大的意义,它不仅有助于提高农村居民的素质和协调农村家庭成员关系,还有助于凝聚道德力量,推进社会主义新农村的精神文明建设。
[Abstract]:Family style is the sum total of values, style of life, norms of conduct, habits of life, etc, which are gradually formed and passed on by family members over a long period of time. It is a system engineering. In this system, the family occupies the basic position and is the basic force in the building of the family style. This paper bases the research object on the rural areas, adopts the methods of literature analysis, historical research, cross-disciplinary research, etc. Based on the current situation of rural family marriage, intergenerational relationship and children's educational relationship, the paper explores the achievements in the construction of rural family style. This paper also makes a deeper analysis of various problems existing in the process of rural home style construction and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in order to carry out the work of rural home style construction in order to improve the overall quality of rural families. Through the research, this paper finds that there are problems such as marriage crisis, filial piety crisis, child education crisis and so on in the process of rural family style inheritance. This paper puts forward the following countermeasures: first, we should give play to the basic role of the family, constantly update the concept of family education, create a democratic, equal and harmonious family environment, and adopt a proper education method. To promote the construction of good family style in rural areas, it should also be promoted through the inheritance and dissemination of simple and civilized local customs, and rural grass-roots organizations can also achieve the effect of nurturing the home style by carrying out activities that villagers like to see. In addition, With the increasingly socialized construction of home style, it needs the cooperation of family, school, community and government to construct the linkage system of family education and school moral education, and the linkage between family consciousness and government guidance. The linkage between family education and community education has great significance in inheriting a good family style in rural areas. It not only helps to improve the quality of rural residents and coordinate the relations among rural family members, but also helps to consolidate moral strength. We will promote the construction of spiritual civilization in the new socialist countryside.
