【摘要】：生活方式主要是指人们在社会生活中以衣、食、住、行等样态表现出来的生存状态。随着我国社会经济文化的发展，社会大众的生活方式日渐多元，不良的生活方式与健康的生活方式并存，青少年生活方式中的不良倾向也不断养成并凸现出来，严重地影响到青少年的健康发展。加强青少年思想道德研究，是防止敌对势力对我未成年人进行思想文化渗透,抵制其利用某些腐朽没落的生活方式影响我未成年人的重要途径。青少年生活方式与成年人相比，其最大特点是易变性与群体性。因其未定型，所以易受外界影响，但同时这也为我们引导其健康生活方式的形成提供了契机；群体性虽然可能扩大生活方式中不良倾向负面影响的范围，但正面教育效应的增加作用也不可低估。就目前而言，青少年生活方式中不良倾向主要表现在消费、娱乐、日常生活追求和交际等方面，而与之相应的特点体现为消费主义与物质主义盛行，过度依赖网络而沉溺于虚拟生活中，在片面追逐流行元素与时尚符号时忘记了生活的本真意义，人际交往中只注重个性张扬和自身情绪的宣泄，较少考虑他人感受。而这些不良倾向引发了青少年道德理想观念缺失、道德责任意识淡薄、社会公德意识冷漠和自我中心思想强烈等一系列思想道德问题；追根到底，，造成这种情况的原因与当前社会功利环境的熏陶、道德发展世俗化的影响、重理轻文式学校道德教育的偏差和重智轻德家庭道德追求密不可分。要想改变这一状况，除了加强对青少年生活观的引导外，还应着力改变影响青少年健康成长的家庭道德教育环境、学校道德教育环境和社会道德教育环境。
[Abstract]:The way of life mainly refers to the living state of people in the form of clothing, food, housing and transportation in social life. With the development of social economy and culture in China, the way of life of the social masses is becoming more and more diverse. The unhealthy way of life coexists with the healthy way of life, and the unhealthy tendency of the young people's way of life is constantly nurtured and highlighted, which seriously affects the healthy development of the young people, and strengthens the study of the teenagers' ideology and morality. It is an important way to prevent hostile forces from infiltrating our minors' ideology and culture and to use some decadent and declining way of life to influence our minors. Compared with adults, adolescent lifestyle is characterized by its variability and collectivity. It is easy to be influenced by the outside world because it is not stereotyped, but at the same time, it provides an opportunity for us to guide their healthy way of life. Although it is possible to expand the range of negative effects of negative tendencies in lifestyles, the increasing role of positive educational effects should not be underestimated. At present, the unhealthy tendencies of young people's lifestyles are mainly manifested in consumption and entertainment. In the pursuit of daily life and communication, the corresponding characteristics are the prevalence of consumerism and materialism, excessive reliance on the Internet and indulgence in virtual life. In the one-sided pursuit of popular elements and fashion symbols forgot the true meaning of life, interpersonal communication only pay attention to personality publicity and their own emotional catharsis, less consideration of the feelings of others. These unhealthy tendencies have led to a series of ideological and moral problems, such as the lack of moral ideals of young people, the weak sense of moral responsibility, the apathy of social morality consciousness and the strong self-centeredness, and so on. The causes of this situation are closely related to the influence of the current social utilitarian environment, the secularization of moral development, the deviation of moral education in schools with emphasis on management and literature, and the moral pursuit of families that attach importance to wisdom and morality. In addition to strengthening the guidance of young people's outlook on life, we should also focus on changing the family moral education environment, the school moral education environment and the social moral education environment which affect the healthy growth of young people.
