我国乡风文明建设中乡贤文化的传承与建构

【摘要】：乡贤文化是中国传统文化的重要组成部分,在近几年尤其引起学界和官方关注。2014年9月召开的培育和践行社会主义核心价值观工作经验交流会上,中宣部部长刘奇葆强调要继承和弘扬有益于当代的乡贤文化,发挥“新乡贤”的示范作用;2015年中央一号文件将乡贤文化写入其中;2016年提交全国两会讨论的《十三五规划纲要》强调乡贤文化的重要性,2017年中央一号文件将新乡贤文化写入其中。乡贤文化扎根乡土,蕴含着见贤思齐的力量,能够较好地推进社会主义新农村建设,推动社会主义核心价值观在乡村的培育和践行,实现乡村精英反哺,完善农村治理。文章厘定了乡贤、乡贤文化的内涵,从已有的成效和问题两方面阐释了现阶段我国乡贤文化的现状,已有的成效包括政府、相关学者开始关注乡贤文化、媒体加大关注力度、践行路径有了新拓展;问题则是乡贤流失程度严重,群众对乡贤文化的认知欠缺等。针对现状成因,从政府重视程度、乡村发展状况、乡贤文化建设三方面进行了分析,并对如何更好地传承和弘扬乡贤文化,从加强基层党组织的作用发挥、大力传颂古贤,积极培育新贤、建立健全乡贤组织的运行机制、搭建回归平台,引导外出乡贤反哺家乡等方面提出了相应对策建议。乡贤文化是对中国传统文化的继承与发扬,在越来越重视传统文化的今天,大力传承和构建乡贤文化,对当前乡风文明建设、乡村发展具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Xiang Xian culture is an important part of Chinese traditional culture, which has attracted the attention of scholars and officials in recent years. At the meeting held in September 2014 to exchange experiences in cultivating and practicing the core values of socialism,Liu Qibao, head of the propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee, stressed the importance of inheriting and carrying forward the culture that is beneficial to the contemporary countryside,Give play to the demonstration role of "Xinxiang Xian"; document No. 1 of the Central Committee in 2015 will include the culture of the Xiang Xian; the outline of the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan submitted to the National Sessions for discussion in 2016 emphasizes the importance of the rural virtuous culture, and the 2017 document No. 1 of the Central Committee will focus on Xinxiang.Virtuous culture is written into it.Taking root in the countryside, the rural virtuous culture contains the power of seeing the wise and thinking together, which can better promote the construction of the new socialist countryside, promote the cultivation and practice of the socialist core values in the countryside, realize the rural elite to feed back, and perfect the rural governance.The article defines the connotation of Xiang Xian and Xiang Xian culture, and explains the present situation of rural virtuous culture in our country from two aspects of existing achievements and problems. The existing achievements include the government, the relevant scholars begin to pay attention to the township virtuous culture, and the media pay more attention to it.The path of practice has been expanded, the problem is the serious loss of rural talents and the lack of cognition of the people.In view of the causes of the present situation, this paper analyzes the three aspects of the government's attention, the development of the countryside and the construction of the Xiang Xian's culture, and how to better inherit and carry forward the township's virtuous culture, so as to give full play to the role of the grass-roots party organizations, and vigorously propagate the ancient sages.The countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in this paper, such as cultivating new talents actively, establishing and perfecting the running mechanism of the township virtuous organizations, setting up a return platform, and guiding the people out of the countryside to feed their hometown.Xiang Xian culture is the inheritance and development of Chinese traditional culture. Today, when more and more attention is paid to traditional culture, it is of great significance to inherit and construct the township virtuous culture for the construction of rural civilization and rural development.
