河南安阳市新生代农民工社会主义核心价值体系的认同研究

【摘要】：农民工特别是新生代农民工对我国城镇发展和社会主义新农村建设做出了重要贡献，随着他们在我国社会主义现代化建设中的贡献越来越大、地位越来越突出，他们的世界观、价值观、人生观问题也普遍的受到关注。我的家乡——河南安阳市，文化积淀雄厚、自然环境优越，在其努力建设成为豫北区域性中心城市的过程中，新生代农民工同样也发挥主力军作用。新生代农民工在认同社会主义核心价值体系方面的问题也越来越引起一些专家学者的关注，他们认识到新生代农民工社会主义核心价值体系的培育工作具有重要的现实意义。但是，目前一些相关部门对新生代农民工社会主义核心价值体系培育等方面工作的认识略显不足，存在着组织不力、培育途径缺失等问题，使得新生代农民工社会主义核心价值体系的培育工作步履维艰。故本文所研究的河南安阳市新生代农民工认同社会主义核心价值体系问题是一个在中国特色社会主义伟大实践中急需解决的问题。笔者从河南安阳市新生代农民工对社会主义核心价值体系的认同现状调查入手，系统分析河南安阳市新生代农民工在认同社会主义核心价值体系方面取得的成绩与存在的问题，，从内外因两个方面对河南安阳市新生代农民工认同社会主义核心价值体系的制约性因素进行全面剖析。针对河南安阳市新生代农民工认同社会主义核心价值体系的现状，在一些专家学者研究的基础上提出培育新生代农民工认同社会主义核心价值体系的有效途径：深化户籍制度的改革，汲取中华优秀传统文化精华、吸收世界文明有益成果，提高河南安阳市的经济发展水平、发挥思想政治教育的作用、培育社会主义核心价值体系教育的新载体和健全网络管理机制等等。为有关部门加强新生代农民工的社会主义核心价值体系与核心价值观培育、提高新生代农民工自身素质提供可行性建议，为实现习近平总书记提出的中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦尽微薄之力。
[Abstract]:Migrant workers, especially the new generation of migrant workers, have made important contributions to the development of cities and towns and the construction of a new socialist countryside in China. As their contribution to the socialist modernization in China has become more and more significant, their status has become more and more prominent, and their world outlook has become more and more prominent. Values, outlook on life are also generally concerned about. My hometown, Anyang City, Henan Province, has a strong cultural accumulation and superior natural environment. In the process of its efforts to become a regional central city in the north of Henan Province, the new generation of migrant workers also play a major role. Some experts and scholars pay more and more attention to the problems of the new generation migrant workers in identifying the socialist core value system. They realize that the cultivation of the new generation migrant workers' socialist core value system has important practical significance. However, at present, some relevant departments have little understanding of the cultivation of the socialist core value system of the new generation of migrant workers, and there are some problems such as inadequate organization and lack of ways to cultivate them. It is difficult to cultivate the socialist core value system of the new generation of migrant workers. Therefore, the problem that the new generation of migrant workers in Anyang City, Henan Province, identified with the socialist core value system is an urgent problem to be solved in the great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Based on the investigation of the status quo of the new generation of migrant workers to identify with the socialist core value system in Anyang City, Henan Province, the author systematically analyzes the achievements and problems of the new generation migrant workers in identifying with the socialist core value system in Anyang City, Henan Province. This paper comprehensively analyzes the restrictive factors of the new generation of migrant workers in Anyang City, Henan Province, from the internal and external factors of identifying with the socialist core value system. In view of the status quo of the new generation of migrant workers in Anyang City, Henan Province, who agree with the socialist core value system, Based on the research of some experts and scholars, this paper puts forward an effective way to cultivate the new generation of migrant workers to identify with the socialist core value system: deepening the reform of the household registration system, absorbing the essence of Chinese excellent traditional culture, and absorbing the beneficial achievements of world civilization. To improve the level of economic development in Anyang City, Henan Province, give play to the role of ideological and political education, cultivate the new carrier of socialist core value system education and improve the network management mechanism and so on. It provides feasible suggestions for relevant departments to strengthen the cultivation of socialist core value system and core values of the new generation of migrant workers, and to improve the quality of the new generation of migrant workers. Chinese Dream, the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation proposed by General Secretary Chinese Dream, did his best.
