论习近平“善于重新学习”思想的科学价值

【摘要】：重视全党学习是党的政治优势和鲜明特质。十八大以来,习近平总书记号召全党要"善于重新学习"。提出重新学习是党为适应国内外发展环境和加强自身建设的现实诉求;并围绕马克思主义基本理论展开的基础性学习,结合理想信念、党史国史和社会主义核心价值观进行的信仰层面的学习,着眼提高履职能力进行的各种业务知识技能的工具性学习和科学方法提出了四个层面的学习内容。"善于重新学习"的重要命题及内在严谨的理论结构对全党思想武装具有重要的战略意义。

" The important proposition of being good at re-learning and the internal rigorous theoretical structure have important strategic significance for the ideological arm of the whole Party.
