全面建成小康社会视域下农村道德建设研究

【摘要】：“小康社会”是中国社会发展阶段中的一个重要概念,它包含着丰富的内涵以及多方面的要求,它是我国进入社会主义初级阶段以来的一个重要发展阶段。从“小康社会”这一概念的提出到如今步入全面建成小康社会的攻坚阶段,这三十多年中,我党始终带领全国人民进行着坚持不懈的努力和奋斗。2012年党的十八大提出,当前我国已经进入了全面建成小康社会的决定性阶段。在这一决定性阶段,各个地区的各个方面都要协同并进,早日实现全面建成小康社会的伟大目标。我国是一个农业人口占大多数的国家,在实现全面建成小康社会这一伟大目标的过程中,农业、农民、农村问题(即“三农”问题)仍旧是困扰我们的最大问题,农村仍旧是我们整个国家发展中的短板。而解决“三农问题”,农民的科学文化素质和思想道德素质是关键。只有加强农村道德建设、提高农民思想道德素质,才能从根本上打通致富的大门,才能最终实现中华民族伟大复兴的目标和全面建成小康社会的总体目标。因而,本文对全面建成小康社会视域下的农村道德建设进行研究,全文共分为四个部分:第一部分阐述了当前全面建成小康社会视域下农村道德建设的重要意义。在这一部分,首先,通过对全面建成小康社会的核心和关键这两个方面的分析,阐明了农村道德建设是全面建成小康社会的题中之义。其次,阐明了我国农村道德建设对实现全面建成小康社会这一总体目标的重要支撑保障作用。第二部分阐述了当前我国农村道德建设取得的主要成就。主要成就包括农民思想道德观念的不断更新、新型农村人际关系开始形成、农民生活方式更加文明和健康三大主要方面。第三部分阐述了当前我国农村存在的主要道德问题,并分析了道德问题存在的原因。当前我国农村道德问题突出表现在三个方面:部分农民个体伦理道德迷失、部分农民家庭伦理道德缺失、部分农民公共伦理道德缺失。这些道德问题存在的原因主要涉及了经济、政治、文化三个方面。第四部分提出了全面建成小康社会视域下农村道德建设的对策。对策主要分为四个方面:加强农村道德教育、大力开展农村道德实践活动、建立健全农村道德建设内部机制、优化农村道德建设外部条件。
[Abstract]:"Well-off society" is an important concept in the stage of social development in China, which contains rich connotations and various requirements. It is an important stage of development since China entered the primary stage of socialism. From the introduction of the concept of "well-off society" to the entry into the critical stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way, our party has been leading the people throughout the country in unremitting efforts and struggles for more than 30 years. At present, our country has entered the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way. At this decisive stage, all aspects of the region must work together to realize the great goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way at an early date. China is a country with a large agricultural population. In the process of realizing the great goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, the problems of agriculture, farmers and rural areas (that is, the "three rural issues") are still the biggest problems that haunt us. The countryside is still a weakness in the development of our country as a whole. The scientific and cultural quality and ideological and moral quality of farmers are the key to solve the "three rural problems". Only by strengthening the rural moral construction and improving the peasants' ideological and moral quality can we fundamentally open the door to becoming rich and finally realize the goal of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the overall goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way. Therefore, this paper studies the rural moral construction from the perspective of building a well-off society in an all-round way. The full text is divided into four parts: the first part expounds the significance of rural moral construction under the vision of building a well-off society in an all-round way. In this part, first of all, through the analysis of the core and key of building a well-off society in an all-round way, the author clarifies that the construction of rural morality is the meaning of building a well-off society in an all-round way. Secondly, it expounds the important support and guarantee function of rural moral construction to realize the overall goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way. The second part expounds the main achievements of our country's rural moral construction. The main achievements include the continuous renewal of farmers' ideological and moral concepts, the formation of new rural interpersonal relationships, and the more civilized and healthy lifestyle of farmers. The third part expounds the main moral problems existing in the countryside and analyzes the reasons for the moral problems. At present, the problems of rural morality in our country are manifested in three aspects: some peasants' individual ethics and morality are lost, some peasants' family ethics and morals are missing, and some peasants' public ethics and morals are missing. The reasons of these moral problems mainly involve three aspects: economy, politics and culture. The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures of rural moral construction under the view of building a well-off society in an all-round way. The countermeasures are mainly divided into four aspects: strengthening rural moral education, vigorously carrying out rural moral practice activities, establishing and perfecting the internal mechanism of rural moral construction, and optimizing the external conditions of rural moral construction.
