国有企业海外项目职工思想政治工作的思考

【摘要】：国有企业在"走出去"过程中面临着不同于国内的外部环境,致使海外项目职工生活和工作压力增大,思想状况呈现出新情况新特点。无论对职工个人成长还是对企业发展、国家利益维护来说,加强海外项目职工思想政治工作都非常必要。要充分发挥我们党思想政治工作的优势和传统,根据海外工作的特殊环境建立健全三大机制,构建海外项目思想保证体系,推进海外职工思想政治工作。
[Abstract]:In the process of "going out", state-owned enterprises are faced with different external environment, which results in the increase of life and work pressure of overseas project staff and workers, and the new situation and new characteristics of the ideological situation. It is necessary to strengthen the ideological and political work of overseas project workers, both for the personal growth of employees and the development of enterprises and the maintenance of national interests. We should give full play to the advantages and traditions of our party's ideological and political work, establish and perfect three major mechanisms according to the special environment of overseas work, construct an ideological guarantee system for overseas projects, and promote the ideological and political work of overseas workers and staff.
