【摘要】：张璁开明代"嘉隆万大改革"的端绪,从张璁、高拱到张居正的改革,一脉相承。张璁开出的革新事业的精神支撑,是时代价值的体现。讲仁爱的精神。主张仁爱德让,王道之本,州县官吏为人民父母官,应提拔有爱民之诚,有守己之操,有处事之才的人。重民本的精神。要重民生衣食之本,认为治天下之本在安民。要切实解决百姓的生存权,清理庄田,分给农民,撤除镇守太监。严禁贪的精神。不许馈送京官财物,议于公朝,不得谋于私室,天下之治,正家为先。倡革新的精神。革新科举制度,改革边防制度和监察制度以及改革祀孔制度。尚和合的精神。张璁引用齐景公与晏婴对话的和同之辩,说明治国理政"得由和兴,失由同起"的道理,君臣上下,天地万物皆和合,治道成,祈盼喜见今朝天地和。习近平主席说,"深入挖掘和阐发中华优秀传统文化讲仁爱、重民本、守诚信、崇正义、尚和合、求大同的时代价值",这是涵养核心价值观的重要源泉。
