临床医护人员思想政治教育现状与对策研究

【摘要】:本文共有六部分组成,第一部分是前言,包含了四小部分的内容,从选题的目的和意义角度出发,通过对选题意义的描述,借助参考文献综述分析目前现状,结合所要研究的主题指出采取的研究方法。根据研究内容指出创新点和不足之处。第二部分是临床医护人员思想政治教育相关概述。分为三个小点进行叙述,首先是关于思想政治教育的概念;其次,临床医护人员思想政治教育的主要作用;最后,总结出临床医护人员思想政治教育的特点。第三部分是临床医护人员思想政治教育现状分析。以调查问卷的模式分析临床医护人员思想政治教育的重要性。首先是关于临床医护人员思想政治教育现状调研的设计,其次是得出临床医护人员思想政治教育现状的调研结果并进行分析。第四部分是加强和改进临床医护人员思想政治教育的主要内容和重要意义。主要内容主要包括树立为广大人民群众服务的信念和正确贯彻集体主义原则。重要意义包含了三点:第一,有利于提升临床医护人员的思想道德素质;第二,有利于建设良好的医德医风;第三,有利于推动医院文化建设。第五部分是加强和改进临床医护人员增强思想政治教育的实践路径。从六点分别进行叙述:(一)以社会主义核心价值观教育为核心,加强和改进临床医护人员思想政治教育,包括:将社会主义核心价值观教育融入思想政治教育的全过程;在医德医风建设中培育和践行社会主义核心价值观。(二)以党建工作为引领,加强和改进临床医护人员思想政治教育,包括:发挥基层党组织战斗堡垒作用,建立党建与思想政治教育互动机制;提高党建科学化水平,提高思想政治教育实效。(三)以文化健身为抓手,加强和改进临床医护人员思想政治教育,包括:精神文化建设;制度文化建设;环境文化建设。(四)以经典医学理论普及为切入点,加强临床医护人员思想政治教育工作,包括:建立入职临床医护人员培训考核准入标准,实现经典医学理论的广泛普及;以背诵经典理论为考核方式,实现经典医学理论的内涵化;以经典医学理论标准制定日常行为规范,实现经典医学理论的实践化;结合时代特征,实现经典医学理论的创新化。(五)构建科学评价体系,优化思想政治教育过程,包括:明确评价原则;优选评价方法;建立评价机制;强化评价反馈。(六)以队伍建设为保证,提高临床医护人员思想政治教育质量,包括:提高医院领导重视以建设教育团队;组织安排专业课程以规范教育团队;选拔医护道德模范以夯实教育团队;邀请社会专家学者以提升教育团队。第六部分是对本文研究做最后的结束语。归纳总结本文研究对象的最终结果以及对未来的展望和期待。
[Abstract]:This paper consists of six parts, the first part is the preface, including four small parts of the content, from the point of view of the purpose and significance of the topic, through the description of the significance of the topic, with reference literature review to analyze the current situation. Point out the research methods taken in combination with the subjects to be studied. According to the content of the study, points out the innovation and shortcomings. The second part is the clinical medical staff ideological and political education related overview. It is divided into three small points to describe, first on the concept of ideological and political education; second, the main role of ideological and political education of clinical medical staff; finally, summed up the characteristics of ideological and political education of clinical medical staff. The third part is the clinical medical staff ideological and political education analysis. The importance of ideological and political education of clinical medical staff was analyzed by questionnaire. The first is the design of the investigation on the present situation of ideological and political education of clinical medical and nursing personnel, and the second is the conclusion and analysis of the present situation of ideological and political education of clinical medical and nursing personnel. The fourth part is the main content and significance of strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of clinical medical staff. The main contents include the establishment of faith in serving the masses and the correct implementation of the principle of collectivism. The important significance includes three points: first, it is helpful to improve the ideological and moral quality of the clinical medical staff; second, it is conducive to the construction of good medical ethics; third, it is conducive to promoting the construction of hospital culture. The fifth part is to strengthen and improve the clinical medical staff to strengthen ideological and political education practice path. It is described from six points: (1) to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of clinical medical staff with the core of socialist core values education, including: to integrate the socialist core values education into the whole process of ideological and political education; Cultivate and practice the socialist core values in the construction of medical ethics. (2) to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of clinical medical and nursing personnel under the guidance of party building work, including: giving play to the role of basic-level party organizations as a fighting fortress, establishing an interactive mechanism between party building and ideological and political education, and improving the scientific level of party building; We will improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education. (3) to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of clinical medical and nursing personnel, including the construction of spiritual culture, the construction of system culture and the construction of environmental culture. (4) to strengthen the ideological and political education of clinical medical staff by popularizing classical medical theory, including: establishing the admission standard for training and examination of clinical medical personnel, so as to realize the widespread popularization of classical medical theory; To recite classical theory as the assessment way to achieve the connotation of classical medical theory; to establish the standard of classical medical theory daily behavior norms to achieve the practice of classical medical theory; combined with the characteristics of the times to achieve the innovation of classical medical theory. (5) constructing a scientific evaluation system and optimizing the process of ideological and political education, including: defining the evaluation principle, selecting and selecting the evaluation method, establishing the evaluation mechanism and strengthening the evaluation feedback. (6) to improve the quality of ideological and political education of clinical medical and nursing personnel, to ensure the construction of the team, including: to raise the attention of hospital leaders to build the educational team, to organize and arrange specialized courses to standardize the educational team; Select the model of medical ethics to strengthen the education team; invite social experts and scholars to promote the education team. The sixth part is the final conclusion of this study. This paper summarizes the final results of the research object and prospects for the future.
