政治安全框架下的中国意识形态安全问题研究

【摘要】：政治安全,即国家主权、政权、政治制度及意识形态等方面免受各种威胁的状态,其第一要义是维护国家政权的稳定,核心即保障国家意识形态的安全。意识形态领域的安全与否,直接影响着国家主权的完整与否,决定着统治阶级政权的组织形式和发展方向,是现代意义上的国家实现政治安全的核心要素。简单来讲,意识形态领域的安全就是体现社会有机体内占主导地位的阶级利益和诉求的思想体系免受任何侵害的状态,体现在社会集合体内即主流意识指导地位的巩固与理论体系的发展,其对于保障国家政权安全,培养国民价值认同,实现党的领导,促进政治制度制定与执行,维持社会常态与发展具有显而易见的重大意义。我国坚持马列主义、毛泽东思想,从革命时期就高度重视意识形态安全问题,从而长期有效的维护了国家的安全,保障了党的领导,实现了政权的稳定,促进了社会经济的发展,实现了人民的利益诉求。但随着改革开放的不断深入,国内政治、经济、社会变革日趋复杂,矛盾冲突日渐突出,国外意识形态渗透愈加猖狂,新一代人民在长期远离革命,政治思想教育有限的情况下,价值观念的独立性和多样性日益强化,致使我国意识形态安全领域出现诸多问题,人民政治情感淡漠、政治认同弱化,主流意识形态政治功能出现形式化,政治意识逐渐朝向多元发展。为此,我们必须加快主流意识形态自身建设,积极构筑意识形态运行的良善环境,巩固主流意识形态主体地位,完善社会思潮预警机制,确保国家意识形态安全,为政治安全构筑坚实的核心砥柱。
[Abstract]:Political security, that is, the state in which state sovereignty, political system and ideology are protected from all kinds of threats, is the most important point of which is to maintain the stability of state power, the core of which is to ensure the security of national ideology. The security in the field of ideology directly affects the integrity of national sovereignty, determines the organizational form and development direction of the ruling class regime, and is the core element of the political security of the country in the modern sense. Simply put, the security of the ideological field is the state of the ideological system that embodies the dominant class interests and demands within the social organism from any encroachment. The consolidation of the guiding position of the mainstream consciousness and the development of the theoretical system are embodied in the social collectivity, which can ensure the security of the state power, cultivate the national value identity, realize the leadership of the Party, and promote the establishment and implementation of the political system. It is of great significance to maintain the social normalcy and development. Our country adheres to Marxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong's thought and attaches great importance to the issue of ideological security since the revolutionary period, thus maintaining the security of the country for a long and effective period, ensuring the leadership of the Party, and realizing the stability of the political power. Has promoted the social economy development, has realized the people's interest request. However, with the deepening of reform and opening up, the domestic political, economic and social changes have become increasingly complex, contradictions and conflicts have become increasingly prominent, foreign ideological infiltration has become more rampant, and a new generation of people is staying away from the revolution for a long time. Under the condition of limited political and ideological education, the independence and diversity of values are increasingly strengthened, resulting in many problems in the field of ideological security in our country, the people's political feelings are indifferent, and political identity is weakened. The political function of the mainstream ideology appears formalization, the political consciousness gradually moves towards the pluralistic development. Therefore, we must speed up the construction of mainstream ideology itself, actively build a good environment for the operation of ideology, consolidate the dominant position of mainstream ideology, perfect the early-warning mechanism of social ideological trend, and ensure the national ideological security. Build a solid core for political security.
