罗尔斯公共理性及其对道德教育的启示

【摘要】：政治民主化、经济市场化、价值多元化是这个时代不可磨灭的特征。这样的时代特征包含着利益与价值观念的冲突,涉及到公民与公民、公民与社会等多样公共关系的处理。价值多元化对传统的价值体系与道德教育提出了挑战,现代社会迫切需要对各种观点、利益关系进行调节与引导,迫切需要公共精神的支持,这些都有赖于现代社会的道德教育。道德教育重要性日益突显的同时也面临着对自身的审视与发展。罗尔斯的公共理性回应了当前的时代特征,对这一问题的回应包含了对多样合理学说观念存在的肯定,对个人沉思的尊重,对多元观念共存方法的探索等众多问题的考虑。这些也是道德教育需要考虑与回应的问题。本文在当前时代背景视域下对道德教育进行分析与解读,借鉴罗尔斯公共理性回应时代问题的理论成果探讨道德教育。论文通过对基本概念进行梳理,使道德、道德教育与罗尔斯公共理性的概念得到更为清晰地表达与展现,通过对道德教育所处的社会环境及面临的现实挑战进行分析为道德教育理清现实处境。在此基础上,对比道德教育的实际状态探讨道德教育存在的问题。本文着重解析罗尔斯公共理性对道德教育的启示,探索道德教育与时代发展相协调的方法,从而加强道德、道德教育在个人领域与公共领域应有的引导作用,实现作为“成人之道”、调节公民关系的本质要求,有助于建设和谐有序的社会。现代社会时代特征日趋明显,人们在享受时代发展带来的成果的同时也不可回避地要解决其产生的问题。带有文化敏感度的道德需要统一于中国特色社会主义的文化底蕴之中,社会主义核心价值观是道德与道德教育取之不尽的源泉,这是道德教育回应解决时代问题的基础。人类社会的存在与发展需要合理性多元,更需要合理性的多元统一共存于社会。研究罗尔斯公共理性如何回应时代要求对当前道德教育具有重要的理论与现实意义。
[Abstract]:Political democratization, economic marketization and value diversification are the indelible features of this era. Such characteristics of the times involve conflicts of interests and values, involving the handling of various public relations, such as citizens and citizens, citizens and society. Value pluralism challenges the traditional value system and moral education. Modern society urgently needs to regulate and guide all kinds of views and interests, and urgently need the support of public spirit. All these depend on moral education in modern society. The importance of moral education is becoming more and more important. Rawls' public rationality responds to the characteristics of the present era, and the response to this problem includes the affirmation of the existence of various rational doctrines, the respect for individual contemplation, the exploration of coexistence methods of pluralistic ideas, and so on. These are also questions that moral education needs to consider and respond to. This paper analyzes and interprets moral education from the perspective of the current era background, and discusses moral education from Rawls' theoretical achievements of public rationality in response to the problems of the times. By combing the basic concepts, the thesis makes the concepts of morality, moral education and Rawls public rationality more clearly expressed and displayed. Through the analysis of the social environment and the realistic challenge of moral education, the realistic situation of moral education is clarified. On this basis, compared with the actual state of moral education to explore the problems of moral education. This paper focuses on analyzing the enlightenment of Rawls public reason to moral education, exploring the methods of coordinating moral education with the development of the times, so as to strengthen the guiding role of moral education in the personal and public spheres. Realizing the "way of adults" and regulating the essential requirements of civil relations will help to build a harmonious and orderly society. The characteristics of modern society are becoming more and more obvious. People enjoy the achievements brought about by the development of the times, and at the same time, they can not avoid to solve the problems arising from them. The morality with cultural sensitivity needs to be unified in the cultural background of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Socialist core values are the inexhaustible source of morality and moral education, which is the basis for moral education to respond to the problems of the times. The existence and development of human society need rationality and pluralism, and rational pluralism coexist in society. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study how Rawls' public rationality responds to the demands of the times.
