社会分层背景下社会共识的形成

【摘要】：改革开放以来，经济的发展带来了经济规模和经济实力的大幅跃升，，也给社会生活带来了深刻的变化。在经济领域，以所有制为核心的变革，是多种所有制的不断发展，新的经济力量日趋壮大。在思想领域，信息化的发展提供了更为高速便捷的交流方式，使社会热点的讨论、争论比任何一个时代都要丰富多彩；传播模式的变革，使多元价值观的碰撞展现得淋漓尽致。在社会领域，随着经济结构、思想意识的变革，不同社会阶层的差异正在日趋清晰和稳定。 当前，无论是继续深化改革，还是引领社会思潮，都需要凝聚社会共识，形成合力。但社会分层的客观现实，是凝聚社会共识必须要面对的挑战。一方面，随着社会分层的发展和演进，构成社会的阶层更加细分，这种细分，是凝聚社会共识首先要面对的主体问题；另一方面，社会分层的成因是社会分歧的根源，是凝聚社会共识必须要面对的挑战，只有充分了解社会分层的成因，才能推动形成各阶层都能够接受的最大公约数。这就使得在社会分层视域下研究社会共识的形成具有相当的现实意义。 对社会分层的结构研究、社会共识的形成路径研究、以及分析社会分层对社会共识的挑战，探索凝聚社会共识的合理对策，是新形势下思想政治教育工作的一个着力点，是马克思主义思想政治教育这门学科对现实问题的回应。简而言之，以“人”和由人构成的“社会阶层”作为思想政治工作的对象，社会阶层主体多元、价值多元、和信息传播方式的变革是凝聚社会共识必须要面对的挑战。提高思想政治工作的针对性和有效性，要以社会阶层为基础，对思想政治工作的对象进行细分；培育和践行社会主义核心价值观，重视传统文化的共识功能，是价值多元背景下凝聚社会共识的客观需要；重视互联网和自媒体时代的载体设计，是信息传播模式变革的必然选择。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the development of economy has brought about a sharp rise in economic scale and economic strength, and also brought profound changes to social life. In the economic field, the reform of ownership is the constant development of multiple ownership, and the new economic power is growing. In the ideological field, the development of information provides a more rapid and convenient way of communication, making the discussion of social hot spots more colorful than any era; the transformation of communication mode, so that the collision of multiple values is vividly displayed. In the social field, with the change of economic structure and ideology, the differences between different social strata are becoming clearer and more stable. At present, no matter continue to deepen the reform, or lead the social trend of thought, we need to unite the social consensus and form a joint force. However, the objective reality of social stratification is the challenge that must be faced in condense social consensus. On the one hand, with the development and evolution of social stratification, the social strata that constitute the society are further subdivided. This subdivision is the main problem that the consensus of the society must face first; on the other hand, the cause of social stratification is the root of social differences. Only by fully understanding the causes of social stratification can we promote the formation of the greatest common divisor acceptable to all sectors. This makes it of practical significance to study the formation of social consensus from the perspective of social stratification. The research on the structure of social stratification, the formation path of social consensus, and the analysis of the challenges of social stratification to social consensus, and the exploration of reasonable countermeasures to consolidate social consensus are the key points of ideological and political education under the new situation. Is the Marxist ideological and political education this discipline to the reality question's response. In short, taking "people" and "social stratum" composed by people as the object of ideological and political work, the transformation of social stratum subject pluralism, value pluralism, and information dissemination mode are the challenges that must be faced in condense social consensus. To improve the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political work, it is necessary to subdivide the objects of ideological and political work on the basis of social strata, cultivate and practice the core values of socialism, and attach importance to the common understanding function of traditional culture. It is an objective need to gather social consensus under the background of multiple values, and it is an inevitable choice to pay attention to the carrier design in the era of Internet and self-media.
