沟通理论视阈下思想政治教育沟通优化策略研究

【摘要】：沟通即信息的交流和情感的传递,能在思想政治教育过程中运用好沟通是当代思想政治教育工作者必备的核心能力之一,也是当今时代赋予思想政治工作者的一项挑战与任务。思想政治教育沟通是教育者和受教育者在一定的思想政治教育活动及情景中主客体间的进行的双向交流、思想互动和情感信息的传递过程。由于沟通是山具有主观意识的人发起并参与的,因此,沟通过程不可避免地会受到来自各方面障碍因素的影响和干扰。研究和探讨思想政治教育沟通的障碍及其优化策略,探寻思想政治教育沟通的原则和规律,并对思想政治教育沟通的概念和评估进行理论分析,其目的是以求达到思想政治教育的最佳效果。这一课题的研究对深化现代思想政治教育沟通和思想政治教育方法论的研究具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。本文从三大部分对此问题进行深入的分析和探讨：第一部分：对思想政治教育沟通概念的学理进行梳理。该部分对沟通以及思想政治教育沟通的概念进行了系统的学理梳理和概念解析,使其在概念在学理探究上有一个明晰的界定；第二部分：对思想政治教育沟通存在的问题及成因进行系统分析。该部首先阐述思想政治教育沟通中存在的困难与弊端,然后进一步分析了其产生的原因,从而为下文提出具体的优化策略奠定了理论基础；第三部分：思想政治教育沟通优化策略思考。该部分在探讨思想政治教育沟通过程中存在的障碍及原因分析的基础上,以思想政治教育沟通的基本原则为出发点、注重提高沟通主客体的素质、创新沟通手段、营造有利于沟通的良好环境、优化思想政治教育沟通思维等方面提出了优化思想政治教育沟通的有效策略；第五部分：思想政治教育沟通效果评估优化。本部分重在探寻衡量思想政治教育沟通的指标体系,保证沟通评估效果,科学判断思想政治教育沟通效率。总之,对思想政治教育沟通理论和优化策略进行相关研究,既是时代发展的需要,又是思想政治教育发展的内在要求,也是增强思想政治教育吸引力、凝聚力和时代感,切实推进思想政治教育活动顺利开展的现实需要和必然要求。
[Abstract]:Communication is the exchange of information and the transmission of emotion. It is one of the essential core competence of contemporary ideological and political educators to make good use of communication in the process of ideological and political education, and it is also a challenge and task given to ideological and political workers in the present era. The communication of ideological and political education is the two-way communication between educator and educatee in certain ideological and political education activities and situations, the process of ideological interaction and the transmission of emotional information. Because communication is initiated and participated by people with subjective consciousness, the process of communication will inevitably be influenced and interfered by obstacles from various aspects. This paper studies and discusses the obstacles and optimization strategies of communication in ideological and political education, explores the principles and rules of communication in ideological and political education, and makes a theoretical analysis of the concept and evaluation of communication in ideological and political education. The aim is to achieve the best effect of ideological and political education. The research on this subject is of great theoretical value and practical significance for deepening the communication of modern ideological and political education and the research of methodology of ideological and political education. This article carries on the in-depth analysis and the discussion to this question from three parts: the first part: carries on the comb to the ideological and political education communication concept academic theory. Based on the analysis of the obstacles and reasons in the process of communication of ideological and political education, this part takes the basic principles of communication of ideological and political education as the starting point, pays attention to improving the quality of the subject and object of communication, and innovates the means of communication. To create a favorable environment for communication, to optimize the communication thinking of ideological and political education and other aspects proposed effective strategies to optimize the communication of ideological and political education; The fifth part: the evaluation and optimization of the communication effect of ideological and political education. This part focuses on exploring the index system to measure the communication of ideological and political education, ensuring the effect of communication evaluation and scientifically judging the communication efficiency of ideological and political education. In a word, the related research on the communication theory and optimization strategy of ideological and political education is not only the need of the development of the times, but also the internal requirement of the development of the ideological and political education, as well as the enhancement of the attraction, cohesion and sense of the times of the ideological and political education. It is necessary and necessary to promote the smooth development of ideological and political education activities.
