【摘要】：正我国正处于社会转型期,企业职工的价值观念、生活方式都发生了巨大变化,他们将面对更多的诱惑、承受更多的压力、面临更多的困难。由此,企业领导要注意职工的思想动向,善于用人文关怀与心理疏导来做他们的思想政治工作,使他们能正确对待困难和挫折,正确对待成功与失败,并引导他们塑造自信自强、乐观向上的良好心态。一、思想政治工作与人文关怀和心理疏导的相互关系(一)人文关怀与心理疏导是企业领导做好思想政
[Abstract]:Our country is in the social transformation period, the enterprise worker's value idea, the life style have taken place the huge change, they will face more temptation, bear more pressure, face more difficulty. Therefore, enterprise leaders should pay attention to the ideological trends of staff and workers, be good at doing their ideological and political work with humanistic care and psychological guidance, so that they can correctly deal with difficulties and setbacks, and treat success and failure correctly. And guide them to shape confidence, self-improvement, optimistic and good attitude. 1.
