试论公民媒介素养在社会核心价值观建构与传播中的意义

【摘要】：互联网等媒介正全面影响着公民的生活、工作和学习,它对大众尤其是年轻一代意识形态及核心价值观念的形成起着极其深刻的作用。现代公民必须具备一定的媒介素养,能够正确认知、运用媒介,客观评估媒体信息,不断地吸收积极因素,防止不良文化的侵蚀,以达到自主参与社会、推动社会主义核心价值观念的建构和传播的目的。
[Abstract]:The Internet and other media are affecting the life, work and study of citizens in an all-round way, and it plays an extremely profound role in the formation of ideology and core values of the public, especially the younger generation. Modern citizens must have certain media literacy, can correctly recognize, use the media, objectively evaluate media information, constantly absorb positive factors, prevent the erosion of bad culture, in order to achieve the purpose of independently participating in society and promoting the construction and dissemination of socialist core values.
